      Order 2 knifes $59. 7/19/24 today 8/11/24 They confirmed taking money and that was it! Tried to contact on phone disconnected, probably 20 email attempts nothing.Supposed to deliver within 3-10 days!I believe the company is scamming people and the same has happened to many other people how can this business continue to do business and not be legally held accountable???????Beware a scammer Veteran.

      I purchased a knife on 7/6/2024 for $51, Order #*****, and it is currently over a month since I have gotten anything. No tracking number, no updates, no knife. I have emailed them several times asking for an update and no one answers. They have no phone to call and wont answer emails at all. I feel like I have been conned and I would like to get my money back if possible. And now seeing other victims complaints, it all aligns with my problem. So Im not the only one.

      I purchased three knives through the company and their website I have my account info my order numbers my debit card receipt and my bank statement showing all three payments were taken out of my account the company website says my order was paid for but has not been fulfilled I have not received any kind of tracking number nor have I received any response from the company after many many emails in 3 weeks of waiting on delivery I want my money back about $107.99 and I expect a response from the company

      I ordered a product on 7/13/2024. Their website states that tracking info will be available within 7 business days and to contact them otherwise. I have sent numerous correspondence on their website, email order, and social media messaging with no holding responses. I want my money back as they do not have any standard for product delivery or customer service.

      Ordered a knife for $59.99 on 5/6/2024. Have yet to receive it and I've tried to contact them three times without a response back.

      I ordered knives from this company on June 28th. I have not received my order as of July 28th. I have attempted to contact the business on 4 separate occasions using their contact link on their website. I have received no response. I am trying to get either my knives or my money returned.

      I have the same issue many others have stated. I ordered a knife based on online reviews, their website and being veteran owned. My date of purchase was 7.11.24 and as of 7.19.24 I have received no follow up to any requests and the order still shows as not shipped, only submitted. I Addition, the website started there would be free shipping and I was charged $10 shipping at checkout. This definitely seems to be a scam. I've contacted them 3 times via email using their online form as well as replying to their messages. I've also contacted them on Instagram with no response although they post daily. I'll be reporting them on IG as well. Avoid this company as they will only take your money.

      I ordered a Silver Hunter knife from Hyperblades on June 4, 3024. Confirmation #MKP9MX5YX and paid $15.00. I have yet to receive any follow-up information. No emails nor tracking number. I have sent two messages through their contact form on the website with no response. I have a screenshot of my order and can proof of payment out of my account. I need a resolution on this matter.
