Spring broke called for an appointment. Ended up coming out a day early because I asked to be on a cancellation list. **** was great gave me options and then explained those options. My garage door works again. First experience with Precision Garage Door of West Michigan and it was great. Will use again when needed.Precision Garage Door of West Michigan

Called Wednesday just before close, got an appointment for first thing in morning. Marc arrived and discussed all the options to get our garage door fixed. He was a friendly but professional guy. Enjoyed talking with him. He did a great job on the repairs. I will be referring others to Precision.Precision Garage Door of West Michigan

Technician Mark D showed up earlier than appointment time, explained our options, and finished early. I called the company on Friday evening and my garage door was fixed Saturday morning. We will be calling percision garage door for all of our projects.Precision Garage Door of West Michigan

5 starsIt was easy to setup an appointment. The technician came out to the house, did an inspection of our existing garage doors. We discussed what I wanted in new garage doors. He gave me quotes for 2 options & asked if I had any questions. I also had another company come out for a quote. That technician also was very knowledgeable and friendly. He did not give me the quote while he was there; rather, emailed it to me the next day. The quote was very confusing. Since the technician had already left & I couldnt ask questions, I chose Precision Garage Doors. The doors I chose, they didnt have in stock. He recommended I call the following Friday as they received their inventory shipments on Thursdays. I called a couple of weeks later. They didnt have the doors I wanted; but, called me the following Friday & said they received them. My doors were installed the following Wednesday. The technician removed the old doors, installed the new ones & explained what we needed to do to maintain the doors. I would absolutely recommend Precision Garage Doors.Review fromKevin S
