Jim Z, garage tech, was awesome! Garage door was stuck in down position & called Precision at 4:50pm last night. Jim was here shortly after 8am. Door works better than ever now!!

My spring broke on my garage door. I never used Precision before but got a service tech, ******, to visit my home on June 27, 2023. Upon arrival they looked over the situation and then tried to sell me on a new door at $2400 or a new shaft door assembly with spring for $1200. They said my door was too old and they needed to replace all the hardware.Being that I had other doors before with broken springs I knew that this was just a scam to get me to spend a lot of money.So, I contacted *******************, the original supplier of the door, and they recommended that I contact their service tech. He came out yesterday and said Menards has the exact replacement spring in stock for $50. I decided to replace all 3 of my doors with new springs and saved a lot by doing this.Beware of this scam and make sure you check with other technicians before falling for this sales strategy. I would not recommend using them on repairs of your garage doors.Precision Garage Door of West Michigan

Our garage door rubber needed to be changed and our remotes reprogrammed. Max was so efficient and effectively solved the issues that came up during the course of the repairs. His positive and pleasant attitude was a great part of the experience. I was so impressed with the service to replace an old garage door opener last month, that I didn’t hesitate to call Precision when we needed to replace a different door from our 70 year old house. Lots of cool ideas for door, windows and hardware to give that finished architectural look.
