Our garage door spring broke this Saturday morning. Jon C from Precision Garage Door came out. First of all Precision had someone who could come. Second we were updated on arrival time which was when we were told he would be here. Jon had everything he needed so the job was done in a couple hours. He replaced the spring, some split hinges and I don’t know what else. At the end he showed us how to lube everything we should be maintaining 3 times a year. Jon was great to work with. I highly recommend this business.

I would recommend this company because they have worked quickly to provide me with a wonderful new garage door. My installer, Benjamin, came to my home and quickly installed the new garage, showed me how I should maintain it, and cleaned up after he was done.Precision Garage Door of West Michigan

Jeremy was knowledgeable , kind and helpful. Helped me to understand what went wrong and how to maintain in the future. Not sure if prices are comparable but very satisfied with the prompt service (requested on a Sat night and received repair Sun morning) and overall repair. Nicholas R came out and made an attempt to help me with my issue. He determined as I had thought myself that the problem was the sensors (Eyes). Unfortunately this particular company does not carry this item nor can they get it, but I could go online and buy them myself, which I did. They wanted to sell me an entire garage door opener for 1200.00-1300.00. I do not need a garage door opener. They charged me 75.00 to tell me to order the part online. Terrible customer service! I will never call them again nor will I recommend them to anyone.Precision Garage Door of West Michigan
