This is the second time in 6 years or so I have needed Precision Garage Door. Both times I was very satisfied with both the service and the quality of the work. Tecs are friendly yet professional and knowledgeable even when working with my old equipment. Pricing is good too.Precision Garage Door of West Michigan

We contacted Precision when our Garage Door spring broke on New Year's Eve.They called back within an hour and came right out.********************* was **************.He evaluated our old chain drive opener (which was very noisy) and provided options for us to consider (from just changing the spring to also replacing the rollers to replacing the spring, rollers and opener.We chose to replace everything.***** estimated two hours and was done in about an hour and 45 minutes.***** was pleasant, confident and did a great job to get us fixed up.He also explained the opener operation and options for remote operation and the opener camera use.I would highly recommend Precision.Precision Garage Door of West Michigan
