Rusty was very knowledgeable and professional. Replaced both springs and drums, tested the door, and was done in 90 minutes. Called at 8 AM and Rusty arrived as planned at noon. It pays to get professional help when you need it.Precision Garage Door of West Michigan

Called Precision Door on a Sunday. Both springs had broken and the garage door was stuck closed. They had an available tech and he could be there in an hour or two. Jim Z arrived before the scheduled time, assessed the problem and gave me an estimate. He had the parts needed on the truck and was able to do the repair the same day. Jim explained the problem and answered my questions. Jim was very professional and genial. Very happy I called Precision Door.Precision Garage Door of West Michigan

My door was having a bad day--would only go up on occasion and refused to go back down. I called Precision in the morning and used their reservation system to make an appointment for early afternoon, and they were at my door by noon. Jordan quickly determined what needed to be fixed on my 29 yr. old system. He showed me my options and pricing for each option and by 2:30 I was back in business. I backed into my garage door and did considerable damage. Scheduled a tech to come out the next morning to inspect. The car was stuck in the garage and he helped get it out, which I understand was quite difficult. The tech provided me with three written options right then and there. I ordered and it took about four weeks to get here, which was within their 2- 6 week timeframe.Once it arrived, Precision inspected it and got the installation scheduled the same week. Both technicians I dealt with were courteous, friendly and professional. Door looks and works great.Precision Garage Door of West Michigan
