Very disappointed with my 2024 Envista this is the second time dealing with parts shortage. My windshield cracked a couple of months ago and due to the heat the crack gets worse day by day. I spoke to GM and the dealership and all they could tell me is that they dont have an ETA for a new windshield. This is a safety concern because the crack is across the whole windshield.

Will never buy another GM vehicle, part, or service from a GM Authorized Dealer. It means nothing And this is coming from one whose father worked for GM at the Allisons plans in ***********, IN. If anything, they treat those who are part of Family First worst!! Making them buy new to get an infantesimal discount compared to the suggested retail prices they give the family of those retired that they had promised better. They do not even stand good for a shady GM dealership who has ripped someone off in their service department, and who runs a sham dealership. Maybe thats because GM itself is about to go under again and needs another government bailout?

I have a 2020 ***** with a bad Transmission. GM Has agreed to replace the Transmission. GM has no idea when they can get that Transmission to my Local dealer. Very poor customer service. I have been waiting for 30 days so far. I try and contact GM and they tell me my case has been referred to their legal team. In the meantime I have an unsafe truck to drive. GM Has done nothing to resolve this. Nothing....

BUYER BEWARE!!! This manufacturer deserves a 0 star rating! I have been a loyal customer to GM, with this being my second new truck bought in the last 7 years with extended warranty coverage. I recently bought a 2024 Chevrolet 2500HD Work Truck from AutoNation Chevrolet ***************, ** with extended warranty coverage whereas my 3 year old daughter and I were traveling to visit family a few months ago and my truck went into "limp" mode on the highway in ***********, **. Turns out that the truck needs a new "valve body," which both AutoNation and GM have been aware of this issue on these trucks since 2020. Three months later, still no valve body, and both AutoNation and GM refuse to give me a loaner or even a rental so that I can still get to work and get my daughter to school. The only response I have received is that I am going to have to wait... Way to go on putting it all back on the consumer when you both are multi-billion dollar companies with the ability and means to make it right. So as I sit here writing this three months later, I am still without a vehicle, I cannot get to work to pay the note on the vehicle that sits on their lot, and my daughter is on the verge of getting kicked out of daycare, even though they are capable of putting me in one of their 500 trucks on the lot or even putting in one of the ****** brand new transmissions sitting on the shelf in ********. If you are reading this, buyer beware! AutoNation and GM will do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to help remedy an issue that they are both aware of, and it ultimately will fall back on you, the responsible/loyal consumer. DO NOT buy a GM product!

Bought a brand new 2024 ***** Trax. Ac went out after first month. They said it would be a month and a half before the part comes in. They dont have a loaner vehicle for me. Its 104 degrees out and I'm expected to drive a brand new vehicle without AC! What kind of vehicle inspections are you all doing before you send new cars out? How in the world could you not have the parts readily available for your customers that spend their hard earned money on your product? I've never been so disappointed in a brand my entire life. Shame on you GM!

I got 2024 ***** ********. Issue is that I put mybtruckbthrough a touch-less car wash. The drying process put a dent on the roof. There's a known issue for that same issue in 2023 ********* and Canyons. A *** 23-na-209 was put out for all affected models without a sunroof. Issue is that the *** was made on 25th of *******.. My truck was made early ******* of 2024. That means all 2024 truck made before ******* will have the same issues as the 2023 Colorados/canyons, only difference is my truck is a 2024 model which will not be affected by the ***. GM has stated till there's a *** for your model, it is a out of pocket expense. So paying 43k for a truck and to be told there's an ongoing issue but we won't fix it just don't sit well with me. This is clearly a defect on GM end and they should be responsible for it.

Disappointed with the *** 2500HD Denali I purchased a new *** 2500HD Denali in 2022, expecting a top-of-the-line vehicle given its premium price tag and reputation. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. The first major issue was a transmission leak that took well over a month to repair. However, the repair was not done correctly, and they failed to refill the transmission fluid. Once again, I had to turn to a local shop to fix what should have been a straightforward repair. This is simply unacceptable for any vehicle, let alone one marketed as a robust and reliable truck. One of the most alarming issues has been the tailgate. It opens by itself while driving, which is not only incredibly unsafe but also makes it impossible to tow anything securely. Imagine driving down the road and suddenly seeing the tailgate open, potentially losing cargo or creating a dangerous situation for other drivers. When I took the vehicle in for a recall to fix this issue, the service department disabled the tailgate entirely and said they would contact me when the part was available. Months later, despite numerous attempts to follow up, I have yet to hear back from them. This lack of communication and inability to resolve such a critical issue is incredibly frustrating.Additionally, the truck has numerous electronic gremlins and the drivers door leaks, adding to the litany of problems. The vehicle has been in the shop multiple times for these and other repairs, each time with long wait times and no clear resolution. I've had to resort to using an independent shop to fix issues that should have been handled by the dealership.Overall, the *** 2500HD Denali has been a huge disappointment. The reliability, safety issues, and poor service have left me regretting my purchase. I expected much more from a premium vehicle and would advise others to think twice before investing in this truck.

I recently purchased a brand new C8 Corvette from ****** Chevrolet, and my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. The vehicle had a check engine light for a transmission issue from the start, that they deleted and told me not to worry. The transmission broke down before the first oil change, and when I brought the car in for repairs to ******** Chevrolet, I was informed that the necessary part wouldn't be available for several months. To make matters worse, ******** Chevrolet does not offer any loaner vehicles during this extensive wait period. What was supposed to be a dream purchase has turned into a frustrating ordeal, and I am extremely disappointed with the lack of support and timely service from this dealership.

My 2024 C8 corvette with only ******************************* a service department with engine/transmission engine light on with fuel sensor malfunction. My warranty is still active (my vehicle is 2 weeks old and 254 254 miles), vehicle is at this moment at the dealer waiting for the part (backorder). Contact GM multiple times and their answer is an advisor is working your case. He will contact you in 2-4 days. And every time is me who tray to obtain any answer and they keep telling me the same. now a supervisor will contact me in 2-4 days. Keep asking what GM way will be to compensate for this problem and no answer. Unacceptable.
