I have been a loyal GM customer for years and have always been supportive but they refuse to accept responsibility for a problem they created and have chosen not to deal with the situation and compensate me fairly. I will not make another vehicle purchase through GM again. Very disappointed in a company that doesnt care about customers just making profits.

I purchased a 2023 Cadillac XT4 in January. The car has been in the shop a total of 8 times in 10 months for the same related issues. The car has a stuttering and jerking feel upon acceleration in stop and go traffic. The first time I took it in to the dealership they said they had to change out my torque convertor. Who ever heard of a torque convertor going out with **** miles on the car? Less than a month later it was in the shop again for the same thing. This time they said they hooked it up to one of their computers and their system said it was fine. The car isn't fine. A first year mechanic can get behind the seat of the car and tell you something's wrong with it. The car is still experiencing the same stuttering and jerking feeling and it's getting worse. I happened to look up the car on various complaint sites and all of us are experiencing the identical same issues. So how can all of us be wrong? We all got conned by Cadillac into buying this POS. I guess Cadillac and GM won't truly be happy until someone gets killed behind one of their defective vehicles. I've contacted the service department numerous times and received no help. I contacted GM directly and received no help. This is the worst POS I've ever purchased. A death trap on wheels. This was my first and will be my last Cadillac/GM Vehicle I ever buy. Extremely bad customer service and even worse vehicle. The only plus is I leased this POS and I'm not on the hook for the full purchase price.

Been having issues with my 2023 GMC Elevation since about **** miles when I bought it. The mechanic has looked at it and has been in the shop 6-7 times and now the engineer is looking at it and cant figure out why it wont start after it warms up. The corporation should buy it back and make this transaction right with the customer.

I have a 2016 GMC Acadia. There has been a safety recall since May 2023, I have returned to the dealer each month since then and have been given the same answer that there is no remedy at the moment. So I asked to get a loaner vehicle until they can fix this and they said they cannot. So I asked them, "to be clear, there is nothing you can do with a known safety recall and if i or my wife get injured its on us?" They continued that there is nothing that can be done. This is not satisfactory to knowingly allow their vehicles to be driven unsafely for this length of time. I will definitely be suing if anything happens to me or my family.

2023 Malibu bought new March 2023. Ive had on multiple ***** dealers with issues. Something different everytime. Car will randomly shut off while driving, sometimes all the electronics including speedometer will shut off when driving but the car is still running fine. Radio display does what it reacts at various times. Will tell me randomly key fob in vehicle so wont allow me to lock doors after shutting off. Theyve replaced the radio once, tried 2 more ECMs but couldnt get to program. Another dealer reprogrammed entire vehicle as another dealer has wing programming and some missing. Worse thing I ever did was by this car and wish I had my cadenza still with no issues. They cant seem to locate the electrical issue, even got a speeding ticket after showing the state trooper nothing in the day was working and I was just following the i traffic in front of me. Missed days work for service or cause car was acting up. Cant believe Im the only person in the entire US having these issues. Could GM stated they know of the issues but no fix. So why am I drinking a car unsafe to not just me but others on the road?? Cause 8 months later I still cant get any fix with this vehicle.

After buying a **** lyric from ******** car dealership in ******** **. Within 3 months of owning this car, every service light has come on from driver assist to basically don't accelerate. A month ago after working a 14 hour day I go outside and my car won't start had to wait 4 hours for tow truck to tow to the dealership because of a 12volt battery bricking . After having the car for a week they said they fix everything 3 weeks later again the same issue this time it was stuck in my garage because u can't shift it to N . After the first tow truck couldn't get it out of the garage the 2nd one had me utube how to shift gears haha. The next day when I called the dealership I asked I thought u replace this battery they said no GM cadillac just want us to charge it . WTF so u don't care if the car breaks down again when u know there a issue . So I told the dealership I'm done with this car I want a buy back and I want to talk to someone from GM no one ever called after 3 weeks. GM denied the request and the dealership offered me 10k less than I paid for it that is how u treat customers. I have own this car for 3 months and it's been in for service for 1 of them. The best thing the general manager at the dealership told me is it's new technology and we really don't all understand it yet. If u don't know what's wrong with my car don't tell me u fixed it or don't sell cars u don't understand . DONT BUY THE CADILLAC LYRIC IT WILL BREAK DOWN AND THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO FIX THEM YET.

My 2017 GMC ****** **** with a 8 speed transmission is experiencing a lot of shutter. When driving at highway speeds the RPM's go up and and down. It feels like I'm going over the rumble strips on the side of the highway! My truck only has ****** miles on it!!! And of course I'm out of warranty period.
