Would leave less than one star if possible..Have been a gm owner most of my life and will NOT be purchasing again.2019 GMC Acadia Denali.Had several problems with rear sun roof cover inside. 3 trips to dealer, and now will not repair (out of warranty) also 2 years after purchase the clearcoat on the rims started peeling off and was replaced under warranty. Fast forward 2 more years and having the exact same issue ( just out of warranty) and they claim it was not a manufacturer defect and refused my claim.I asked to talk to a supervisor and was informed that it would do me no good and was wasting my time. Will NEVER BUY GM AGAIN!!!will discourage anyone who will listen to NOT BUY ANYTHING GM.************* SAD..no customer support.

We LOVE our 2017 ***** Bolt!!! This car has not cost ** one cent in maintenance fees, has been 100% reliable, has quick pickup, is spacious and comfortable and is all-around better than expected. The range on the car can reach up to 300 mi, and the fast charge can restore the mileage up to 80% in 30 min (for just 6$). The one pedal driving is a delight. The battery needed to be replaced, and GM 100% covered the fees. I think everyone should own one! So glad that GM decided to continue making them.

My wife ******* and I had purchased a 2014 GMC Acadia from your dealership a few months ago. Recently I had received a safety recall notice about the driver air bag can send shrapnel on interior when deployed. Recently my wife and I had a baby girl April 12th and dont feel safe due to the safety risk of vehicle which has a high stressful environment. We contacted car dealership, GMC local and Corporate only to be told that no part was available at this time nor would a loaner be provided or reimbursed for any rental car and no date on when part will come out and availability of said part in question for distribution. I have a 2015 ***** Trax. And I have had nothing but problems problems and problems. Some of the problems that I have had was I had to get the solenoid replaced. I had oil that was leaking from my valve cover. I had to get a thermostat replaced. I just got my catalytic converter and O2 sensors replace/repair on July 21st. July 27th my check engine light comes on again. I take it to see what's wrong and this time it's the code p0299 for a de-icer intake which is some kind of turbo issue. I have seen a lot of complaints about people having the same issue with their cars. General motors knows that they have an issue with this turbo. I don't understand why they are not doing a recall on this and fixing it for the consumers. I wouldn't have expected this from an American made car. I had a foreign car before and didn't have as many issues as I'm having with this car. General motors needs to repair this for their customers.

If I could leave a lesser star I would. Chevrolet put out a service bulletin #Chevrolet TSB 15-06-01-002L which included 2016-2018 Silverado **** Custom, being the one own. I called corporate and the best they can do is give us a ****** voucher to get a diagnosis which we already have being the dead lifter and we even have a video from our mechanic. To fix this issue on our own it would cost 1,000dealer most likely cost around *****. The truck only has ********* miles, which is happening to poor people who may have less miles but are fortunate enough to be under warranty. I am putting this review as they know of this problem and refuse to have a recall and put out only a service bulletin. This is plain awful. Sent a letter offering to trade in and buy another new one which I see as a scam here sort of speak. Sad that this company does not take responsibility for things that they know are issues and cost people monies. Worse off even if we fix it can happen again.. My suggestion is not to buy from them and spread the word.

This is hands down the worst car Ive ever had in my life. I leased a 2022 GMC Terrain with 0 miles and instantly had issues when I drove off the lot. First the radio quit working. Then maybe 4 months later the engine gets weird and blows up in the middle of the road. I get it towed but hey, felt like GMC would do the right thing and help me out. Boy was I wrong.GMC has no loaner vehicles and Im one of the American people who is somewhat check to check. I also paid my monthly due for my car that I did not have I might add. But GMC asked me to get a rental and send receipts. Which I could not do. So I had no car for 10 days and was forced to miss work because of it. Then my car is fixed. Immediately the car starts having issues again but hey, at least they fixed the radio now.. but then the engine starts rattling, when I turn it feels like Im on ice and I call GMC to let them know. Again, they tell me they cannot give me any money back or compensate if they do not have a loaner. Again, I paid for this car in full for the month of June. Well just as I expected and told GMC, the engine went out once again in the middle of the road. Well see what happens this time because Im going to complain wherever I can.If you are reading this and have a decision to potentially get a GMC, for the love of god please dont. I have owned numerous vehicles in my life and have never had anything remotely close to as bad as this and the customer service of GMC is the only thing to rival it. Till I am in my grave I will do my best to sway people from buying or leasing these glorified go-karts. GMC you are the absolute worst and are not for the average American.

GM.....if you can't sell direct to consumers, at least get your dealerships to honor employee pricing. ******** Chevrolet, ******, ** and Blackstone Chevrolet, ******, **. If they won't even honor an employee pricing, Im not even gonna try to ask about the Veterans rebate.

General Motors, a company that I once trusted, believed in, and sponsored has really fallen apart in quality. I have an 11 year old year old truck with ******* miles. *** frame has rusted through with zero rust on the body. GM will not assist with the known issue of the material used to coat the frame being defective. It has left me with an unsafe vehicle. I understand the age of the vehicle however being my **** is still not a victim of the same environment as my 2012, I can only imagine that qualify of manufacturing has decreased or planned obsolescence has increased. If you plan on a GM product, plan on it lasting the length of your payments only. *** current products are no longer providing confidence or safety. What a shame for this once upon a time automotive giant. I am truly crushed. I have guided so many friends, relatives, and customers towards this company with confidence to only be embarrassed. Without a doubt, this mistake of dismissing me will lead to dozens of lost sales. Goodbye GM, you've list another customer. This is exactly why GM is ****** marketshare. ***y continue to attempt to reach new customers while disregarding repeat customers.

I Would give 0 Stars if possible. I bought a 2020 Cadillac XT5. I have had it in the shop 2 times and has cost me $800. This is the worse car I have purchased in my life and I have purchased around 15 cars. I called the complaint department and they basically told me there is nothing they can do to make this situation right but record my complaint. I will be going back to a more reliable brand such as Dodge. I regret ever purchasing this car and will never purchase another GM product as long as I live. I also will pass along my experience to anyone with an ear to listen. Need to spread the word to make sure people don't end ** in the same situation as me. Oh did I mention that there was a transmission problem that left me stranded for 6 hours after getting 2 teeth pulled which had to be surgically removed. This is what I get for stepping out on Dodge. Will be getting rid of this car this month.

Dont buy GMC. *** owned many different vehicles and worked for two different dealerships and GMC is by far the worst. They have a recall out for airbag inflators which I know all about working in a parts department when the inflators came out. I know the ins and outs and I know when I worked for ****** people that were extremely concerned about the airbag inflator blowing up and sending shrapnel to kill people unintentionally; ***** got them in a different vehicle to keep peace of mind for the customer, and to represent their brand because they really care for their customer. GMC is not that way, even though they say they care about their customers and their safety when you call them. Weve pled to them many times to get us in a vehicle until they get parts ready for this airbag inflator because I am very aware they are very dangerous due to my experience and they will not help a family of four out to feel safe in their vehicle. Never again will I purchase a GMC it will be my last and I do not recommend anybody purchase it either. They do not care about their customers and their safety . Thanks, GMC. Hope you see you lost another customer for life.
