Currently going on 6 weeks with leaking issues on a 2022 Tahoe. I've had 4 representatives from GM in this time that will not contact me even after voicemails and texts. I was told I would be contacted within the week concerning the BBB claim for a lemon law and have yet to be contacted. The car has been in the shop for 6+ weeks, hasn't been fixed, still leaks, SMELLS HORRID, and has mold growing in the floorboard. I'm a disabled veteran who purchased this vehicle because I can't ride in others comfortably due to injuries. I cannot drive this vehicle because the smell is so bad from the water pooling in the floorboard. I want someone to take responsibility for this car. At least call me back. I was told I would receive payment reimbursement also, but I can't contact anyone to find out how I receive reimbursement. The vehicle is completely unusable for me as I cannot handle the smell inside and have already had a migraine due to the smell.

GM took 5 months to fix a nearly brand new car (cadillac ct6). During the process they promised to compensate me by covering my car payments for that time then they never completely fixed the car, AND ghosted me for the money they promised.

I placed a reservation for a 2022 *** ********************** through the *** website, from ****** Buick ***, a local dealer, back in November 2021. Reservation number ******. Ive had multiple exchanges with the dealer since then, trying to determine when I could officially place the order for my truck. I never received my truck or even the ability to officially order it, and yet, Ive seen multiple dealerships selling the Denali Ultimate at ridiculous markups. They were apparently able to place dealer stock orders without having a buyer. What, then, is the purpose of the reservation, if it doesnt reserve a truck for me?!? People with reservations should get their orders taken and fulfilled first! It is now March 2023, going on TWO YEARS later, and I still cant get my truck! Stop sending the **** things to dealers that dont have buyers with reservations and let me get mine! This isnt rocket science. To rub salt in the wound, I finally went and tried to cancel my reservation today to get my money back, since *** clearly has no intention of selling me a truck. The website says my reservation is locked and cannot be cancelled or changed. GM really needs to sort out their shiz! Sell me a truck or give me a refund. I buy a new GM product every year for the past decade, but got tired of waiting and ended up buying a ***** which I hated, and sold at a huge loss. I then bought a dealer stock Denali. Its nice, but not the Denali Ultimate I ordered. GM, please respect and take care of your loyal customers. Fix your reservation system. This is beyond pathetic. Fortunately, you make good vehicles. Figure out the rest for ***** sake!

Horrible warranty program, my truck was in the shop for 58 days and they gave me the run around with the warranty reimbursements, Ill call you tomorrow 4 days later I call them. I went through the warranty with ram and it was so so so so so much better. Im never buying GM again of any kind. They literally wouldnt do anything for me besides a payment reimbursement which I didnt have anything to reimburse because I pushed my payments back due to hurricane **** Im getting rid of my truck asap, Ill go negative on it I dont care.

Very unhappy with GMC. Bought a 2022 Terrain in May of 2022. On Christmas Eve the battery died. Everything is closed. I wasnt able to get into the dealership for over a week so my father replaced the battery so I could get to work. Being that the car was brand new, the auto part store only had one type of battery and it was the most expensive. When I finally was able to get my car into the dealership. They tested the battery and said it was a bad battery and gave me the information to call GMC along with a warranty number to provide and mentioned I would get a gift card for the cost of the battery. When I called GMC, they said this is considered maintenance and will not cover the battery. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they said all they could do is have the dealership call them and they could possibly give me a replacement battery to have as a spare for when I would need it. *** owned over 6 cars in my life and never replaced a battery that often to need a spare. I will never purchase a GMC again. I should not have a brand new car with payments and have to put money into the car.

Ordered/Purchased a brand new truck from this dealership and it took 6 months to even receive it after being told numerous times it was on its way. We were paying for the truck before it was even in our possession. Then we had it for 7 months and the truck broke down completely. It has been at the dealership now for 3 months and the GM engineer has been out 4 times already to try to diagnose the issue, still no resolution. GM is telling us we do not qualify for a repurchase because they dont know whats wrong with the truck so they wont replace it. We cant get any answers on a resolution from anyone even after numerous escalations. We get blanket statements from a call center supervisor and they keep pointing the finger back to the dealership who points it back to the call center. We have been more than patient waiting for this to be resolved, but there is no urgency whatsoever to make this right. We are still paying for a brand new truck and driving a c*** rental. Stay far away from GM!

They stop producing dealership only parts rendering vehicles useless. There are no after market parts for the brain of the vehicles that fail after 7-8 years. It is a scam to force you into new vehicles.

I almost had a bad car accident in my 2015 suburban because of break failure . I took my car to the dealership the very next day they advised me that they know about this problem . The vacuum pump had a recall they said they will take care of it . I left my car at the dealership for service .the dealer called me back 2 hours later saying they cant do it because the recall is up to **** . Because the mileage is 150k they will not fix it . I called GM directly to explain my concerns. No one can help me . Very disappointed .

I have a 2013 GMC ****** and there's an issue with the fuel gauge. Every so often the fuel had drops to empty when full. Got in it for work one morning and started it up and the gauge dropped to empty, light on and everything. Other times I was driving when the gauge dropped to empty. This is a recurring issue that I do not believe is an issue with wear. It's clearly a defect with the fuel pump. An issue that need to be looked into and recalled.

**************** has evaporated from this company. The products that they put out are not to the standard they once were. I have a brand new 2022 vehicle under warranty. Already in for repairs with no resolve in sight. Paying this amount of money for a product that is sitting in the shop unusable with no customer service is disheartening. After a long time gm customer for over 40 years. Its time to change.
