      I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the battery of my 2024 Chevrolet Silverado, purchased just six months ago. In December 2024, I received two notifications from Chevrolet indicating my battery was in a critical low state. Concerned, I contacted a dealership but was informed it would take over a month to schedule an inspection. Left with no other option, I recharged the battery myself.Unfortunately, on January 14, 2025, while driving, the battery completely failed, causing the vehicle to lose power and brakes, leaving me stranded. This was not only inconvenient but dangerous.Despite paying $2,000 for an extended warranty, I am now being told I must cover the cost of replacing the battery. Its especially frustrating since Chevrolet documented the issue in December, well before I surpassed ****** miles. I trusted Chevrolet for quality and support, but this experience has left me dissatisfied.I urge you to review my case and resolve this matter fairly without passing the cost onto me.

      I've always loved GM products, however my recent purchase has changed that and seeing trends from others with same issues shows its just lack of quality from GM. Purchased used 2017 sierra 1500 SLT with 87k miles since I've had it (now has 98k miles) I've had transmission issues causing it to be replaced, front 4x4 actuator go out, needed new radiator and transcooler lines, faulty active grill shutter, leaking exhaust manifold, electrical issues, and a faulty brake booster. By far the worst vehicle I've ever purchased.

      Very horrible company - corporate doesn’t want to help at all. I’ve had an open case with them since November.
      Every time it rains - my car pools with water in the trunk in the wells. When this issue first happen Smithtown Chevy - (where i bought the car from) - told me my car was not a Priority to them - that they couldn’t get my car in for 8 weeks. We then brought my car to Huntington Chevy - to find out my sunroof wasnt installed properly. This caused the engine to seize in the sunroof. To this day every time it rains my car floods. I have brought my car back from old issues and had to pay for a new carbon filter for my car to still smell like mold. This is unacceptable & unsafe. Corporate has been nothing but nonsense. They don’t wanna help they keep giving me the runaround.

      I bought a 2024 GMC Denali 1500. The ******** opened on its own several times. It opened while i was pulling a trailer and did serious damage to my truck. Not only are the 2024s defective but ** does not want to stand behind their product. Although they have begun the process to replace the tailgate they do not want to fix the remaining damage caused by this event.

      My 2020 Malibu displays “shift to park” message because of a known issue with the electronic shifter. The shifter fails to detect when the vehicle is properly in park, requiring adjustments until the system recognizes the correct gear position. Informed by dealer to just move gear shift back and forth until message clears then can turn off vehicle. This can take up to 10-15 minutes. Also advised to keep emergency break on or vehicle could roll away!!! Apparently this is a known issue per the mechanic. Said the electronic shifter may or may not resolve this and if it doesn't resolve the problem can also affect the transmission.!!!! This is ridiculous. If this is a known issue there should be a recall and this should be fixed!!!! I would rate zero stars if I could. Why should the consumer pay for the manufacturer defect!!!

      2019 Silverado 1500, complete garbage!!! F*** GM!!! Class action lawsuit is needed, ** knows this, and still selling these vehicles ,I am telling everyone to never buy a GM vehicle !!!! Ever!!!

      Very bad company doing customers very bad with their vehicles. Bought I e of their vehicles with an engine that burns oil and now it just a hunk of junk sitting in my yard because of that and I'm still stuck with a hefty loan amount on the lawn ornament. Don't know what to do don't have any options. Gm Get it together and do right for your consumers and make things right for the people that have purchased your vehicles with these defects.

      I Ordered from ***** collection gm company store.. they sent me the wrong product.. I have tried to reach out to the company..They will not answer their phone..or return phone messages left.. I have sent emails so can get correct product.. they will not reply to anything.. $97.44 they have of my money.. I cannot use the item they sent..

      **you need a option for ""ZERO"" stars or even negative stars**** is the worst company ever. I bought a 2021 used ***** Silverado a year ago with ***** miles. On Augusta 29 2024 my transmission tears up. The truck has ****** miles on it which is all road miles. I drive 125 miles a day to work. As of Dec. 13, 2024 my truck still has not been fixed. I have made 4 payments on a truck I can not drive and there is no end in sight. Every week the lady calls and tell me there is no change in my part stats. You spend all this money on these trucks and they can not even provide the parts. Thank god my dealership gave me a vehicle to drive because of my extended warranty. But it is like ** does not care about their customers and just wants your money and then s**** you after that. I will never buy another ** product as long as I live. They will go under if they wait on me to buy one. How is it ok for your company to sell vehicles and not carry the parts to fix them but you are steady rolling new vehicles of the assembly line but do not care about the ones that already bought you pieces of C*** vehicles.

      They have extremely poor paint on their vehicles,they scratch if you touch them and they dont want to warranty the paint on the vehicle, the quality of General Motors cars has gotten terrible and they dont care
