I custom built a 2022 Silverado **** heavy duty Z71 4 x 4 They didn't build what I built apparently the items that were on the work order for my 2022 that I had built in 2021 they didn't come on the 2022 model. After 300 miles the phone system would not work as it did on my 2020 Silverado trail boss at that point, I should have given it back. Unfortunately, it was past my three-day writer recission I contacted GM about problem I gave the dealership opportunities to correct problem several attempts they were made and still unable to fix it. After all the opportunities I gave the dealership to fix the problem I again got hold of GM ***************** And they told me that they would have to send out a field engineer which they did and after the engineer took a look at the problem they determined that it was my problem my issue with my phone I told GM that was not possible seeing that I have the latest version of ******* 21 ultra which worked perfectly on my 2020 Silverado trail boss to prove that it was not my phone I went to the new truck sales, and spoke with the salesperson that sold me my 2022 Silverado **** heavy duty Z71 4 x 4. I asked him if he could get the keys to any of the 2022 Silverado trail boss yeah that was on the lot to try to prove my theory about my phone. So, I paired my phone with a 2022 Silverado trail boss, and it worked fine. Unfortunately, General Motors did not except the fact that they built me a lemon they laid blame to my phone system and ******* worst deal I ever made in a new vehicle in my lifetime trust me since 2010 I bought a new truck all the way through 20 20 and I should have stayed with *******

Hello! My name is *************************. Im writing because I have an issue with my 2016 ***** trax. From the day I bought my car Ive had issues with my car! It cut off on me come to find out one spark plug kept failing. Ive replaced my spark plugs seven times since I bought it. Along with both catalytic converters, rotors (that keeps failing, brakes that keep wearing on the inner pads faster than the outter, pcv valve, a number of hoses, coolant failure o2 sensors, valve cover, and gaskets, heating and cooling k*** wont turn, just to name a few and I am still having an issue and cant pass my emissions because of it. Ive kept up on maintenance and everything and I cant believe that whenever Ive taken my car into the dealership they say its no recalls! Im very frustrated. I do not recommend!

I have a 2010 Camaro; only ***** miles and my engine light is on for a very well known trouble code that GM refuses to recall and that I can't afford to repair. Why hasn't there been a recall on these engines. Everywhere I've researched the P0008: Engine Performance Code, there have been enormous complaints about the very same issue I'm having with my Camaro. I was told it would cost me well over $2000 to repair this problem, which I can't afford and need to pass my emissions test. This is my only transportation and with inflation at an all time high, there's no way I can afford this expense. I don't qualify for any of the non profit programs that assist with auto repairs, the warranty has expired and the model of my car doesn't qualify for any of the extended auto warranties I've tried to apply for. So I'm stuck with a car that can't pass emissions that obviously many other 2010 Camaros are experiencing as well. GM seriously need to assist with these repairs or this will be the last GM automobile I'll ever purchase.

Bought a Yukon XL SLT 2022 this year at the end of June brand new. Paid roughly 75k for it and after 5k miles lifters went in the engine. Dealership changed them out rather quickly and went to test it only to find out theres also a bad fuel injector. Parts are supposedly on back order with no date in sight. **************** at GM has been zero help. They wont escalate the case to the special parts division until 14 business days. Id like to know if GM is still installing fuel injectors in the Yukons at the factory, or did they shutdown the assembly line. Weve owned this vehicle for approximately 4 months and already having engine problems, GM has made no offer to extend our power train warranty or even an oil change. They are also only allowing the dealership the change only one side of the lifters in the engine, not both sides. Absolutely disgusted and disappointed in GM products and service, as they are more focused on pumping out new cars, dont care about the end user especially when a vehicle is 4 months old.

Very disappointed, I have a Buick Encore that I have barely driven, very low miles and the paint started flaking right off. I'm told they will repaint it at no cost to me, so I bring it in then get told they will only pay $850. What a joke the paint is off around the windshield and flaked right off the hood of the car. I am still paying for the thing and it wont even have any paint left on it at this rate. You would think a company would at least be able to guarantee the paint will be on the car for a few years. So don't spend time picking out a color because it wont matter it will be gone soon!

I own a 2019 Corvette Grand Sport which is still under factory warranty. I can't drive the car because I have a cracked rear rim. The tire quickly goes flat as the air leaks through the cracked rim. It is also a safety hazard for various reasons. Chevrolet refuses to replace this rim under warranty. The rim has no curb rash, no dents, or anything that indicates abnormal use. However, there is a class action lawsuit (one of several) against the company because this problem is very common across the country. In the court of law, GM indicated that it is not covered under warranty because it is a design issue rather than a manufacturing or quality issue. What? Who was responsible for the design of the rim and the safety of the car's passengers?? Even Car and Driver found cracks in many of these rims when they tested the Grand Sport. All they would document for me is that "After evaluation it was determined this was not due to a defect in material or workmanship." How did they determine that? Did they do a fracture analysis? No, they didn't! This is irresponsible on the part of GM and the lawsuits will only increase as rims split or tires go flat quickly at highway speeds. GM should address this issue because they already admitted that it's a design defect. Their own employee stated in the lawsuit that his rims also cracked because he hit a pothole. His advice was to avoid all potholes. I couldn't even make this up! GM needs to address the design issue or compensate the owners who are still under warranty so that nobody loses use of their vehicle or is injured due to failure!!

DO NOT buy 2018 ***** Malibus!!! You will continuously be paying out of pocket for repairs. Just bought my car 2 years ago and have had this issue numerous times (shift to park). Warranty will not cover it and dealerships will charge you around 700 each time. Save yourself the trouble and go with another model! GM will not do anything about it and say they cant do anything.

My issue is that I purchased a 2022 Chevrolet Colorado ZR2 Bison in March of 2022. First I waited over a year after ordering it. Then after ****** miles the rear end had to be completely rebuilt. I waited a very long time for the parts for this. Now its been in the dealer for service since the beginning of September and it is waiting on 1 part. Why do you build and sell trucks you cannot support with parts? I feel sorry for my service advisor who gets little to no communication from the you, the manufacturer, about the status of that part. To say I am extremely frustrated is an understatement. I'm hoping whoever reads this will raise this to someone that can help.
