They should have an option for zero stars. The customer service department is a joke all they say is they cant but your the best part of ***. My vehicle has been in the shop for a total of 10 months out of two years and they wont provided any assistance and say they cant due to internal policy. They talk over you and only provide what they cant do time after time. I wish someone who cared from *** would reach out because they have wasted my time over and over and have no results to show for it. Worse experience I have ever encountered. These people at cust. Service do not care one bit about the customer. They all need some type of formal training. They read off the same 6 cookie cutter clauses they were given. There is no human aspect when you talk to them. They cant provide any information even though my current case has been open for 4 months. This isnt the first problem. The vehicle wont stay on the road for more than 2 weeks at a time. But Im the inconvenience when I call. Worst interact I have ever experienced. Poor poor poor quality. Wish someone from *** takes the time to read this and maybe takes the time to see the issues. Never been so disappointed in a product and the people that stand behind it. Sad.

Purchased a new Acadia in 2023 and has now been in the shop a total of 6 times in the year and a half purchased. Currently at the dealership for the third oil leak since 7/2023. I have been without a vehicle for over a week even though according to their website their warranty offers alternate transportation. Which is false advertisement because they have offered me no alternate transportation and I have asked and voiced to them several times that I for the 6 th time in the year and a half I have owned this brand new vehicle have no way to work.

Purchased a NEW ***** Traverse back in 2019- with 12 miles on it. Ive now had the car 5 years, and put a little over 54k miles on it and followed the maintenance schedule to a t. Regular, full synthetic oil changes, brakes, tires, etc. Now at 55k miles I need a whole new engine. My power train warranty JUST expired, less than 3 months ago, and if it wasnt for the time, Id still be covered since warranty is 60kmiles/5yrs. The engine failed leaving my family of 5, with 3 small children stranded 200+ miles away from home. I called ** corporate to see if they could help, since Im barely out of warranty and they submitted an application for a goodwill repair. Long story short, they wasted almost 2 weeks of my life letting me think they were going to help, just to turn around and basically spit in my face. They told me that sometimes this just happens and that my engines failure was the result of NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR. Im sorry, what? How is it normal for an engine with such little mileage to just die like that? For the amount of money I paid for this vehicle, I am BEYOND livid. I will never give another dollar to this company and I will make sure that until the day I die every person that I know, talk to, or meet doesnt give another dollar to this company either. The girl I spoke with on the phone was so mean and nasty, like she couldnt have cared less.

I purchased a brand new 2023 ***** AT4 in September of 2023. By November, it started showing signs of battery draining issues, flashing engine lights upon start up, telling me to service many parts, including the ************ all to find out nothing actually needed to be serviced. After 8 trips back and forth to the dealership and 8 months later, they finally diagnosed the issue. Took 52 days to get the part in, before returning my car just for it to have to be jumped off 48 hours later. Within that 52 days I filed lemon law, was declined 3 times, and finally took matters into my own hands locally with my AMAZING dealership. They were willing to trade my car out to get if off my hands, *** then stopped the trade questioning why it was not filed as a lemon. HELLO IT HAD BEEN! This was all in July 2024. Fast forward to almost November, I am still waiting to get my replacement car after the 1st replacement was SOLD while I had a deposit down on it. The process to get this finalized has been nothing short of horrible. The customer service throughout this process has been dry, rude, and not customer friendly. I hope I never have to deal with them again and will be glad to take my business elsewhere for all future car purchases.

Can't trust the ** line again. I own a 2020 **C 1500 SLT. My brake lines activated on my truck, locked up my brakes, causing my rear sensors to be shot out, brake pads to be worn down, rotors to be grooved down, and causing my truck to nearly crash. I had no warning at all no ABS light on my dashboard to warn me about the problem. I tried calling my dealership to be able help me out with my issue, and they said there was no warranty and couldn't do anything for me. I tried calling ******** ***************** they as well said they couldn't do anything for me. Since that, I had to pay $4000 in repairs for my truck out of pocket, as well costing me 3 days of being away from work.

Purchased a new 2024 Silverado LTZ and it had serious paint job issue. Emailed a customer service specialist with ** for over a month to just keep getting a run around. Finally spoke with this person's supervisor and was offered ** points to spend on oil changes and accessories. What a slap in the face. I have been a loyal ** customer for over 30 years. I have purchased many new ** cars and better than 20 trucks over that time period. ** doesnt care and their workmanship and customer service has gone downhill. Long story short GM is aware of paint issues in the plant my truck was built at and they still continue to let the trucks go through. Im guessing this is happening in more plants than the one my truck was built in. I have been to several dealerships looking at 2025 Silverados and Im seeing the same issue that my 2024 has. Color of my truck is the Sterling Grey Metallic and I believe this version of it came out in 2023.I have also noticed this issue in Lakeshore Blue Metallic. I have seen the problem on RST, LTZ, and High Country models. I have noticed it is more noticeable on the passengers side of the truck but it is on drivers side as well. Look at an ***** when truck is in the sun and if it has the problem you will clearly see it. Another issue is the beds are shifted a lot on the Silverados and the body lines dont match up. I have seen several trucks driving around my state with the paint issue. Buyer beware these trucks are way overpriced as it is and ** is there to take your money but not stand behind their product. If you are thinking about buying a ** vehicle you may want to reconsider.

Im a owner of a 2021 ****************************** . Ive Had a terrible experience with in the service department at this company. I purchased the extended warranty on my vehicle figuring I want to hold the value of my investment. However when I needed service all the company seems to do is hassle around because they dont want to honor the warranty. I dont recommend to anyone purchasing a new *** to deal with extending warranty just take what comes with your vehicle. They make you go to specific dealers to honor your warranty and hassle you like its a crime having a extended warranty. Dont fall for it. Its a rip off.

2024 Silverado dies due to fuel pump module failure. Truck has to be towed by a private company because, local ** dealer had no towing service. Submitted $150.00 towing bill to customer service and have been advised that a "pre-approver" will only authorize $65 payment because the tow had been a short distance. Window Sticker on truck states, "5 year/60,000 mile power train warranty, roadside assistance and courtesy transportation". ** warranty is a fraud, the mark up on these trucks and they refuse a $150 dollar tow bill when a ten month old truck fails.

My 8 month old suburban gave out going 80 on the interstate, needed an entire engine replacement. It has been 2.5 weeks since I filed a claim with **, my advisor has not contacted me one time, has not returned one of my calls. It took them a week to reach out to the dealership and now another week and they have not "moved it up the ladder"Really disappointed in the lack of urgency and zero communication
