      Don't trust nothing Chevrolet tells you. They sent my truck to a butcher. Assured us they had our backs. Then left us hanging with ruined truck ripped off 10k. More damages. *** then ******* unfortunately ***************************** isn't a corporate business. They can't make them refund fix etc. But. Will arrange another Chevrolet garage. Lol Oh. Publish with ***************************** complaint. They're good with tinneys work.

      I have a 2019 ***** Blazer and within the last couple of years my brakes have started to make a squeaking noise. I took my vehicle to Advantage ***** in ********** where I bought it a few years times and they told me that my brakes were fine. I saw a posting that said ** vehicles especially 2019 ***** Blazers were being made with brakes that squeak. Why have they not contacted buyers and replaced the brakes. This is ridiculous. My brakes are sounding worse and worse.

      I will never buy a ** product again. My 2024 Colorado Z71 had an open campaign or bulletin, which was created in 2023 due to roof damage. The dealership did not do anything to the truck so no damage would occur. They sold me the truck and one month later the roof is damaged because I took it thru a car wash. ** fixed it but it took 7 weeks. They act as thought they did me a favor. Makes no sense. Why was a sol a truck that needed roof supports added?? No one will answer that question.. **** ********************* with ** and the dealership

      ** ***** lemon cars. They dont want to be held fully responsible for the faulty parts they put in your vehicles. Save your money and sanity and never purchase ** made cars.

      I brought a 2023 GMC Sierra ************** is a nightmare . Dont ever buy this truck . As of today it has been in the shop for 24 days. This is the third time. I am currently waiting for the dealership to get a diagnosis from *** to tell them whats wrong with the vehicle. This vehicle has a four cylinder engine 2.7 , rather than a 6 or 8 cylinder engine. It keep sending check engine reading with decreased exceleration. Ive had to borrow other family members vehicles so I can get to work, because *** and neither dealer will give me a loaner vehicle . Im still obligated to the vehicle payment as I wait for my vehicle to get fixed. I called and asked *** about buying the vehicle back and they stated only after I get the truck fixed will they even consider it. And thats no guarantee .*** is producing crappy vehicles that they will not work Run, dont walk and please dont you get caught with this truck.

      Purchased a brand new yukon in 2022 with hope of a reliable family car. 2 years later, less then ****** miles on it, it has broken down twice. First time with a faulty injector, which i have read has been a problem with a lot of there new models. This second and current time, seems like the same problem. Leaving me stranded and hour from home and a big bill for towing. Soonest gm/ chevrolet is able to take my vehicle in, is in 2 months. The worst part is the customer service!they will not provide me a loaner unless the car is in the shop (which they cant provide until 2 months out) and suggested i use money out of my pocket to rent a car but can not guarantee they will reimburse me until the car has been seen (again 2 months out,) So i am stuck paying monthly for a new car, that does not work and finding my own way around until they can take me car in. Soooo disappointed. I've talked to a supervisor, and keep getting the same answers of not being able to do anything to help. Car and company is trash! Will never purchase a ********* ever again!!

      I bought a brand new 2024 ***** Trax in October 2023. My bumper needed to be replaced after a fender ****** in July of 2024. It was in the body shop for a month an a half due to a national backorder. I called multiple dealerships and was told no shop in the country had that part and there was no date as to when it would be available. I reached out to GM to get more information about WHY there was a shortage and WHEN I should expect this to be resolved and received no answer. They essentially jerked me around for a month and half without any help, answer, or resolution. Completely unprofessional company, who does not care for their customers. I'll never be buying a GM car again.

      Purchased a sleek new 2023 Blazer RS. On the same day, the car started emitting smoke. Contacted the dealer, and they assured me it was nothing to worry about. Fast forward a few weeks, the check engine light starts flashing. After dropping it off, it took them a whole week to even take a look at it. They replaced a coil and claimed it was good to go, without even testing if the issue was resolved. A few months later, the check engine light reappeared, and I had to return the car. In need of another vehicle, I had to resort to renting one. It took them over a week to finally inspect my car. Despite my continuous requests for a car loan, as I was paying for the rental, it wasn't until they realized they needed to open the engine that they offered me a loaner. Nearly two months later, I finally picked up my car, only to notice issues with the steering and a slight hissing noise. My wife and I are doubtful about this vehicle. We had hoped for a smooth experience with our new car, but here we are facing challenges. Contacted customer service, and it seems that my options are limited to rental reimbursement. *****, your team is commendable and hardworking, but more options need to be provided. Customer satisfaction should be a top priority. Remember, even empires crumble when they neglect to abide by the rules.

      I have a 2024 ********** has been at a body shop for over 4 months now. Waiting on parts that I can't get for a brand new car they have had this car longer than I have actually been able to drive it. Last I've heard we're looking at another 2 months. Absolutely disgusted been spending 4 months borrowing vehicles and getting rides from people when I'm paying for a brand new car this is absolutely disgusting!
