      No stars No customer service, website shutdown, phones not working. But still charging credit card. And $15 late fees every month are charged due to the fact Im unable to update credit card information.

      Intermittent (mostly out) connectivity at my home- out every 10 minutes. I hear the ************ no longer exists. When you call (it doesnt matter if its business hours or not, or what option you choose) you are told they are busy helping others and hang up. The website says you can only cancel service by phone. No other numbers that I can find for support. The only way to stop service I guess, is to stop payment.

      Our service went down & we couldn't get ahold of anyone the line says all representatives are busy & hangs up. It was 2 weeks before I made contact for them to tell me they are no longer servicing my area. They never sent a letter or email stating the issue, so I ended up paying for a month of internet that I wasn't able to use. I was supposed to get a full refund for this but the only credited my account, which to them i am no longer a customer & a week after the 1st contact I made second ************** said the refund needed to be processed it has now been well over a month & still no refund. I still cannot reach a representative & they have not responded to any emails about the situation.

      A complete joke of a company. Didn't even notify customers they closed their *************** office in 2019. Been trying to call all 3 phone #'s to try & get credit for the days of no internet service. No one ever answers their phone, not even during business hours. The last 2 times a Speed Connect tech. came to my house to fix issues (due to them), the tech was on his phone the whole time, getting relay help to fix the problem. At one point he swore under his breath & slammed the lid down on his laptop. Since I can't get ahold of them to cancel my internet, I will let this billing period end & not pay for any further service. Thank goodness I changed my automatic payment to paying myself every month, I can't imagine how long they would be stealing my money since they don't answer their phone to cancel service. All the equipment is mine, so I don't have to worry about that. Looking for a new provider tomorrow. If you are 1 day late paying your bill they shut you off.

      Absolutely no customer service. ***** office is always closed. Filed a complaint with FCC. They were contacted and still no reply. They take your money but offer nothing in return. Time for a class action lawsuit. These people are crooks. Looking for a new provider.

The website says you can only cancel service by phone. No other numbers that I can find for support. The only way to stop service I guess, is to stop payment. I have done that and I am packing up their equipment and sending it to the *** via the home office address. These people are a joke. Do not sign up for speedconnect. Actually, I dont know how you can since when you hit the sales option (option 1) you are told the office is closed..**** poor! If I could I would leave a no star rating.

      SpeedConnect is the worst **************** ever. The customer service is terrible. You cannot get in touch with them. We have been trying to call them for the last 3 weeks and it has been saying that the service is out in our area, and they are closed. Even during business hours. It is awful that you can't get ahold of them BUT they still want their money.

      Speedconnect cannot be reached, they stole over $3500 from my account you cannot get a hold of them all numbers are busy, or they say they are closed.
