  CORNERSTONE Custom Brick is my go to for all my brick needs. From setting the appointment to completion of my job I had no issues whatsoever. The Project Manager was on time and well educated as to what needed to be done. He did a brick inspection and showed me some other areas that needed attention around my windows. The crew that showed up to do the job was very professional and did excellent work. They also cleaned up very well after the job was completed. I am a very satisfied customer. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a honest brick company

  Awesome Company! They were clean, quick and professional. I will be referring them to anyone that needs a masonry professional. My chimney was leaning and falling apart. They tore down the old chimney and built a new one. Magnificent!

  I felt deceived, coerced, and taken advantage of. My name is ***** ** I hired cornerstone custom brick, based on their very enticing Ad; 40% off on all projects, senior discounts,etc.
  On 10/22/22; an estimator/sales person came to do free estimates on the project. First and foremost, showed him the white stain that I want removed, and the chipped bricks on the chimney wall. He said that white stuff can be removed with acid. After inspecting the chimney, he discussed problems that needed to be addressed soon. He wrote his proposal, but because the pricing was too exuberant; I ?decided to wait, that maybe I can find a better deal, but he insisted that this problem can get worst as winter is coming. Because FEAR was injected, and I thought he was an honest man, l agreed to have the job done. After all the discounts were deducted; the quote was $7998.00. When asked about the 40% discount, he said the max discount is $1000.00 acdg to fine prints on the ad. Now I felt trapped, but my lack of knowledge and vulnerability has pushed me to the brink. On 10/25/22, he sent to ******** ******** men to do the job; only the older guy communicated in english, the assistant didn’t. While he was finishing the chimney top I reminded him of the white stain removal, and he said yes without hesitation. The white stuff disappeared while it was wet, but the next day was greatly distressful. The operations manager texted me for my opinion and returned my ans.with a picture of the completed job and told him to be the judge; never heard from him since. Called the sales person and sent him a picture. Asked him if he would honestly pay the price for such a lousy job, and he said it was a pristine job. Called the manager, he was argumentative, and finally told me that he’ll call the worker and will call me back. 3 months had passed and never got a call from them. There goes the $7998 fora 5 hour(man hour) job! What an expensive lesson to pay. I wish you could advice me on what I should do.

  Paid over eight thousand for porch repair *************************************************************** it.Cornerstone said ther was nothing wrong with.Now porch wall is straight line cracking through brick an motar from top to bottom Sent pitchures to Cornerstone no response.will probably have to replace in a few years as it will get worse.Company is overpriced and unreliable to fix any issues after installation.

  Cornerstone just fixed my chimney, repaired my slate step and patched my stone wall. 3 observations:Outstanding workmanship: Well done. Outlandish price: Cornerstone $/man-hour is 3-5 times more expensive vs. other skilled trades: Cornerstone-$375, New Deck-$150, New Gutters-$150, Landscaping Project-$125, Front Walk Reset-$65, Install New Garage Doors-$65, Exterior Painting-$50 Pressured selling-practices: Their sales process pressured me. *** (owner) and ******* (salesman) have a process where ******* presents Cornerstone, offers a quote, then applies pre-planned discounts and coordinates with *** to add one more discount but makes you decide right then to commit to the job to get all the discounts. I had no chance for me to get competitive quotes. I was stuck to accept given the time of the year and not having competitive quotes ahead of time (my fault). It is a sales process that reminded me of time-shares. I called *** to review this; he was argumentative claiming the other trades were not skilled. He did not push back when I countered. When asked to justify his pricing based on the above, he was initially evasive and then secondly focused on quality. When pressed further, he spoke of labor costs, overhead, material and profit. Think about his cost structure; low material costs (mortar), contract labor with likely no benefits which leaves a substantial profit. I suspect that profit is the primary consideration. And for a final thought, ******* explicitly projected a ********* ***** system and claims *** shares in these *****s. Great. I am a ********* too and aim to live by such *****s. I do not question their ********* ****** but their business practices do not seem in line with ********* *****s as I understand them.In retrospect, I should have said no to their quote and taken on the task of finding someone who would have done a good job at a fair price. You should do the same too.

  We had a brick wall on the side of our attached garage that was pulling away from the structure which in turn caused the front porch to pull away also. We had another company come out to inspect the problem but Cornerstone was the right choice. They really educated us on the problem and was able to do the job the next day because of how serious the issue was. They were great to work with. They showed up on time as promised and did a beautiful job. They were even able to match our brick were the other company said we would have to use white (not the color of the rest of the house). This is a great company to work with.
