  This company from start to finish was phenomenal. They truly care about their customers. ***** ***** ****..the entire crew were professional and caring. The job is beautiful and they worked with me financially way more than others would. A very large job done beautifully in 2 days. I would highly recommend them and would use them again in a heartbeat. Thank you to Cornerstone for restoring my faith...a company that truly cares about people! I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

  The Project that they did on my home was my brick steps in my front yard, the finished work was fantastic! I can't even believe they finished it in just one day! I definitely recommend this company to all home owners looking to get their project done! ***** was great working with me on my first initial inspection and ********* walked me through the finished project once it was done! Great experience by far.

  Mark, Demetrius, and the entire crew did an awesome job in tuck pointing and building a new custom step. Highly recommeded. Second time customer! They came here to rebuild our chimney back in 2017 and we knew exactly who to call when we had to get our step done! We will definitely be calling again if we need more brick work done on our property. Very credible company

  I believe Cornerstone Custom Brick charged us too much for a job by pressuring us over and over and pretending they were lowering the price by calling upper management and making the contract seem good. We are two older people, it was later at night and we were not thinking straight because of their pressure. They thought we would be happy by having the work done the next day. We did pay them half the amount that night for the job. I tried to use their Synchrony credit to pay some every month to complete payment for the job. I was declined and I know it was because it was all a scam because I had plenty of money to do a monthly payment but Cornerstone is not rebuttable and does not work with Synchrony thats why I was rejected. Being older and not used to scams we signed the contract. The next morning at 8am I tried to call the salesman and the company but no one answered. I kept calling back they never answered. I wanted my money back and I didnt want the job done. When I looked outside they had already started the job. I stupidly gave them another check when they finished the job. I never got a detailed list of what everything cost after the job was dine. Never got a receipt. I k now what their tricks they are using- lots of pressure; pretending to lower a price when they call someone when we are there; doing the work immediately before the customer has a chance to think about it; falsely thinking you can use Synchrony to make payments. They charged us twice the amount it would cost if a rebuttable company offered an honest contract.. Did they do the job yes but it cost us way too much and I think they preyed on two older people and scammed up as far as what the job should have cost. Now no phone calls and texts are answered. They took our money pretending to be honest salesman.. Cornerstone should be embarrassed about the way they pressure customers and charge too much money. I would like a fair amount of money back and a detailed list of what each item cost

  In 2022, Cornerstone did what I thought was a phenomenal job on my back porch, yet two years later, bricks have come loose and are falling from the porch's edges. For several months, I tried to reach someone at Cornerstone regarding warranty and/or repair, but I kept getting lip service from their Office Manager, saying theyd get back to me and schedule a time to see what was going on with the porch. I was told their Director of Operations would call me, yet to date, no one has EVER returned my calls. I wished I had heeded the other contractor's warning regarding Cornerstone when I initially got estimates for the 2022 job. Had I done so, I probably wouldn't be in the predicament I am in today and need to spend more money for a porch that should have lasted 20+ years for the top dollar ($25K) Cornerstone charged for the job.I am currently in the process of getting quotes to repair the outer edge/roll lock of the reclaimed brick that Cornerstone installed incorrectly and quite shoddily. Each brick company that has given me an estimate told me the roll lock was done incorrectly and the reclaimed brick was not cured/cleaned before it was used, which is super important when using reclaimed brick. The most telling thing is that those who are giving me estimates pretty much figured out it was Cornerstone that did my porch without me even mentioning their name. Cornerstone clearly has a poor reputation in the industry, charges WAY too much, and never stands behind the work/jobs they do. I am more than dissatisfied with Cornerstones lack of professionalism and customer service. Perhaps two of the many reasons the owner has changed the companys name (3 times) in the last several years. He is trying to hide Cornerstones AWFUL reputation!Heed my warning, do your homework, and select any other brick company other than Cornerstone for your bricking needs. Trust me, in the end, you will be thankful you did.

  We replaced our porch through Cornerstone, and it cost a pretty *****. We noticed a few problems with the porch rather quickly, so we called the company to come out and take a look at a few things. Needless to say, the owner hung up on us and wanted nothing to do with it. Never once did they come inspect their own work. We did what we thought was best, next, and had a special inspection done by the ************************ - Building Inspector. They uncovered multiple code violations within their visit. Our porch is sloped too much, it's too tall, and there's no expansion paper put between the cement and brick. On top of that, turns out, they never pulled a permit for our porch at all. It's almost like they took our check and ran.To add insult to injury, it's falling apart to begin with. It started cracking and breaking after the first winter.Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Do your research, be safe and **********'t go to Cornerstone.

  Cornerstone did a phenomenal job on our chimney and front steps. The crew was very prompt, courteous, respectful of their surroundings, and after cleanup we could not even tell they were there. They finished both projects in one day! The Bricks they replaced on the chimney match the existing ones even though the existing bricks are 40 years old. Would highly recommend Cornerstone for your next home project!
