5 starsAt first It was scary enroll my personal information to feel a sense of trust that Im doing the right thing, fear of being scammed, fear that Ill end up in a worse position. during the initial somewhat overwhelming stages of paperwork, I also felt shame for my debt. My representative passed no judgment and helped me come up with a doable monthly rate. Luckily, Ive made a big dent in my escrow payments, a settlement has been made with my credit card company, and i no longer receive those pesky calls. Im grateful and I see a light at the end of the tunnel and can breathe. Thank you for everything. Lets hope i wont need to be a repeating customer but if i do, Im in good hands.Review fromMary L

5 starsI called several debt consolidation companies before making a decision. My final decision was based on availability of customer service, information and knowledge of staff without being transferred and put on hold. Start New Financial was by far the most accommodating offering great customer service. I was treated with dignity and respect by Personal Agent *********************. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable. I am pleased with the program and pleased that I can save money and rebuild my credit through the assistance of Start New Financial. 1 starI had an account with Ulta Beauty back in 2022 with a balance of $290.88 as of 6/14/2022. I was making my payments directly to Ulta. Because I was making my payments I thought this account was paid in full as I never received any more statements. Because this bakance was so low I figured it had been paid in full. I just found out in 2023 that this account had been turned over to a Debt Collector. I did pay this card off which now had a balance of $597.45 on January 29. ****. This account should have never been with New Start Financial. I feel I should be compensated from New Start Financial as this credit card should have never been a part of this. I have the documents I just received from the Debt Collector which showed my name on the Ulta statement along with C/O START NEW FINANCIAL LLC 20, C/O START NEW FINANCIAL LLC, *******, ** 32803-6016. A letter from Comenity stated this account was closed and charged-off. I was never notified about any of this. If this was the case I would have been happy to pay the balance which was shown as $290.88. Because of this problem. I had to pay double to clear this matter up.
