  Name should be Scum sucking debt piranhas. Initial call was for my wife, who wasnt home at the time. After giving **** 4 credit accounts, I was transferred to SNF & was told that any credit cards enrolled would be available to me going forward. Right then I STOPPED I DID NOT SIGN THE FINAL Docusign page or take their Welcome call. Besides NOT completing any enrollment, they notified my accounts that they were taking ***** of ******** over my accounts. Before finding this out & making sure any non-existant account was canceled they charged & then refunded a months payment. My phony account existed from May 27,2023 to June 16, 2022, yet the kept +$100.00 in fees that they say they DO NOT charge until settling a debt. None of which they did for me. They did notify my creditors of which is now my job to contact and have them removed completely. So far Im told that my 35+ years of good credit will NOT reinstate my credit history with these credit companies. It was my mistake for not hanging up on ************ Immediately.

  At first, I was a reluctant in changing my **** paying capabilities to use New Start Financials' methods. Now that I dedicated myself to followed their directions to completion, has paid off. Credit score not only returned to normal but also improved and still rising to my expectations.

  The debt resolution program was helpful; I used it to pay my $10K+ in credit card debt with ~$9300 in a little less than a year.The cost of the program included settlement fees (for the company settling debts with my creditors) and monthly maintenance fees.All interactions I had with them were highly professional and amicable.My first negative is that ******************** may be a better option. From reviewing the programs again with my sister, it doesn't seem like they charge settlement fees and instead include all potential fees with your monthly payment. A more precise description of the fee structure up front would have helped make the benefit clear, but this was definitely better than staying in debt with credit card companies and accruing much more interest.My second negative would be that your credit score does tank while in this program, but now that I'm in debt free I'm sure it will recover, and I don't think there's a better way to get out of debt for the amount that I had, other than ******************** or just taking out a private loan if you can get an interest rate that makes sense for you, depending on how aggressively you want to pay down your debt.

  I was able to pay off about $15k in debt in just 18 months! The customer service was always helpful and I am getting about $400 refunded to my account that was left in escrow that was unexpected so it was a really pleasant surprise. I even had one of my creditors threaten me with a lawsuit at one point so that was scary but they helped me through it and Im thankful that they were able to help me as much as they did and they were supportive of my mission to be debt free! Overall I would definitely recommend their services based on the availability/kindness of the customer service and efficiency/array of options that they offer to settle your debt.

  I can appreciate this company and their associates as I agreed to use the program this year. While going through the process, I began to wonder if the program would be best for me and my financial situation. A few months after being in the program, I realized that it did not fully understand the process and spoke with two representatives who was able to better explain. Even though I will no longer be using StartNew Financial, I appreciate how transparent and kind the representatives were during this time. ***** ********* and ****** made me feel comfortable and never gave any push back. They each were considerate and gave their honest feedback about how to move forward with my decisions. I would recommend this company for those looking for financial relief but just as I was reminded, to make sure you read everything. I also recommend asking questions for understanding. Thank you again!

  If you get a letter from ************************* shred it immediately. This company is a scam. Multiple times I've called to be removed from their mailing list, and multiple times I've recieved more letters from them. When I call the number on the letter they try to sell me their pitch despite my request that I simply be removed from their mailing list. Today was my third time calling them over the last year to be removed from their mailing list.
