Today I spoke with ****** and I had four questions about my account. ******* was very professional and answered every question. She was very patient and kind and I enjoyed speaking with her. I was unsure about some charges on my account and what I needed to do about one customer that wouldnt settle. She told me what actions I should take and my experience with her was exceptional. Good **************** is very hard to get and she restored my faith that there are still some people who care. At first choosing New Start Financial I was not sure if this was the route to take , but today speaking to ****** and getting my questions answered has put me at ease.
