They are amazing. They communicate with any changes that have occurred. They also settled my Chase Bank which had a balance of $3,619.00 for $2,036.00 at 56.26%. That’s a win for me and I can’t wait to see what other settlements they make on my behalf.Start New Financial

Every couple of weeks I would get a congratulations from my Bank, letting me know my credit report score had increased. It was an exciting experience to watch Start New Financial work hard on my debt. I'm so thankful for their hard work, the compassion Customer Service showed towards me and Pat was so trustworthy and understanding. 5 starsThis agency is very professional, easy to contact, and very organized. I was skeptical about joining a program like this but my friend raved about it. One thing I truly appreciate is whenever I call in there is no wait to speak to someone and ****************** is very knowledgeable, always has a positive energy, and detailed answers to all my questions. I've spoken to this representative multiple times and they provide EXCELLENT customer service, definitely a true asset to the agency. The staff on the email team is also amazing and has a quick response time. I have a few accounts enrolled and have already seen some progress in one of them faster then expected!Review fromMary S

He called me every month to inform me of the status of where we were according to which creditor had accepted our offer etc. He was always so upbeat - professional and uplifting assuring me that everything was goin to be okay .
