No stars. Worst company consolidation. They make sure that their settlement fee is paid before your debt. Then they outsource to a payment company who tacks on additional fees such as phone charge to send the payment, fee to the payment company all over and above their settlement fee. They they only pay 1 account at a time and don't notify your creditors to let them know you have signed up with them, so all the other accounts go to collections causing your credit to tank. Call the company's and make your own payment arrangements. Don't sign with them.

This was a scam from the start. The representative did not tell me how the program worked, just what he knew I was looking for. I would have payed less to make this monthly payment to the credit company. All SNF does is negotiate the lender down then they pocket the difference plus. Do not buy into this company that touted itself as being accredited by the government for dept relief.Start New Financial

Of course, while we strive for 100% client satisfaction, we know that there will be times when we are unable to meet clients' expectations. In your particular case, perhaps expectations were not communicated effectively in the first place. Our company has a variety of procedures and safeguards in place designed to prevent this sort of miscommunication. For example, at the time of program enrollment, every new consumer receives a Welcome Call with one of our Customer Support Representatives. The primary purpose of this phone calls is to ensure that new clients receive clear and consistent messaging as to how their debt resolution program will work. This measure (along with others) is taken in addition to providing the consumer with a written agreement that describes and sets forth expectations for the program. We only mention the above to let you know that we do try, and go to great lengths to prevent the types of misunderstandings that have occurred here. We hope and believe that misunderstandings such as these are the exception rather than the rule. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts. I do not believe it is a miscommunication when due to your various charges and fees your customers end up paying as much or more than what they would have paid to the financial institutions you negotiated a deal with. Best move Ive made in sometime. My program was completed in the scheduled one and half years. Every time I called for assistance, I spoke with an actual person/ representative in *******. They were always pleasant, LISTENED and resolved the issue or/and answered the ********************** and helpful. So hard to find today. I would encourage friends to use them. 1 starBiggest mistake of my life was trying to pay my debt down with Start New financial!! Biggest Scam!! Your debt will NOT be paid off in the time they tell you it would be. Then They tell you it was just an estimated time. And want you sign up again with them to pay off what wasnt paid off yet.
