     have been trying to get medication for over two weeks, I am ping ponged between the Doctor and customer service. The Dr Keely V is rude and has no empathy for patients or they mental well being. It's impossible to get a prescription for the medication prescribed, and it has creates more anxiety and increased symptoms due to the frustration and anger it creates. I feel my mental health is now worse going to ADHD online. Stay away from their false promises and terrible patient support. I feel this company needs to be investigated for it's failure to provide care to it's patients.

    Buyer beware. The company struggles in supporting patients needs. Doctors constantly change, there is no way to engage in "live" support on the phone, the website is a mess, and they are very slow to answer your questions/inquiries. I suggest you find a local provider. This will be a waste of your money. And an investment of your time chasing someone down to support your needs.

    I would give it a ZERO if it were possible. They charged $179 for an assessment that didn't include the appointment with the doctor. That would be $199 MORE. PLUS $169 for on-going medication management. None of this was clear when I paid the $179 for my ADHD assessment. In speaking with customer services, it took days, there isn't a phone number, and it was auto generated responses that they wouldn't refund my $179. HORRIBLE > STAY AWAY

    I have been a member for over a year now. Service was good, Dr is amazing and the customer service was OK. About 5 months ago that all changed. Customer service was streamlined to make the process easier, which it did; but it also slowed the reply time to unacceptable. I went without medication for 2 months trying to get a reply to switch medications due to shortages and had no way to get ahold of someone. Online messaging takes forever to get responses, and the phone system does not always answer or will hang up when answered. By the time I was able to get a refill, I had to have another $100 appointment because you can only go 3 months for each refill. Sadly I would not recommend this service to anyone, adhd is a serious issue when you live life needing medication. This provider got too big too fast, they no longer can provide adequate customer service, but will take your money and leave you dangling waiting... and waiting.

    Awesome provider and very informative site, especially for the newly diagnosed, but the customer service SUCKS!!!! Trying to get questions answered on non-paying days is awful.

    Beware. Once they make their money on the diagnosis, they don't care about your treatment. They do not respond to medication refill requests nor phone calls.Doctor increased dose and acknowledged earlier needed refill on 3/27. Refill request submitted 4/5. My son is now out of meds, I've submitted the request almost a week ago, left a message, have now tried calling 12 times without answer, and even messaged their COO via LinkedIn. This has to be malpractice.

    I would give this company 0 stars if I could. They worked well for me last year and now I can't even get a response. I reached out a couple weeks before my fill date about switching from generic to name brand and unless I book a $100 appointment there will be no change. I had one doctor on three different $100 appointments FORGET to call in my medication. And now more than ever with the shortage, they need to have their communication issues fixed. I am looking into filing a class action lawsuit for their negligence. People's lives are at stake and they simply do not care. I have tried calling and sat on the phone for an hour all for the auto operator to tell me there is no one available. So I went on to submit a request/report through the online patient portal. It's been two weeks and I have sent three different requests and still no response. This is probably why the new law is going into effect in May stating that patients have to go in person in order to get your prescription filled.

    I had been a patient for a little over a year now. Everything worked perfectly fine. I received my diagnosis and began my treatment promptly. My practitioner never missed an appointment. We worked together to find the right medication and the right dose for me. But all that changed this year. She's out of this company. My new practitioner supposedly died before my new follow-up appointment. I got another one that supposedly prescribed a 3 month refill, but the pharmacy never received anything. It has been impossible to get any kind of support. I'm over a month now off my medication thanks to this fraudulent company. Everyone, FILE A FRAUD REPORT WITH THE FTC. Maybe they can take a look into this if enough complaints are received.

    Nothing but a scam. Did the assessment but after reading reviews I decided not to go any further. I called and tried to cancel the Dr appointment that is already set up for payment and each time was told someone will call me. Nobody called and the "Dr" called for my appointment. Only to tell me that I need to schedule another appointment for a consult with another dr. Why? Why are all of these "Drs" in this telehealth group not at the same level to diagnose and prescribe? Why are they not reviewing these assessments and matching them with a qualifying provider. Thanks, that's money I'll never get back and now further delays my treatment.
