  If I could give zero stars I would. An attorney should really pick up this class action lawsuit. Theres plenty of patients with the exact same experience. They charge $100+ for 3-5 minute appointments then no prescription ever makes it to the pharmacy. There is absolutely no way to reach a live individual on any of the numbers provided. No response through their online portal. After three monthly appointments the patient is supposed to go three months in between appointments but thats a lie. I still had to contact my doctor through an appointment that costs $100+ so that I could request the prescription refill that was supposed to automatically renew every 30 days for 90 days.

  This is not a legitimate business. This business will accept your money, not provide the service offered, and then ghost you while you try to resolve this issue with their customer support. Save your money and dont give this scam a cent.

  I had my evaluation was given an appointment with the Doctor . I signed into my meeting no one ever showed up. I have been calling and sending e mails its been over a month no response yet but they took my money ????

  as of 3/20/23 these people must have gone out of business. they will not speak with any patients. they do not return emails or phone messages. No one will answer the phone. extremely unprofessional behavior is all I can say.

  The assessment was great, my doctor was great, as soon as I only needed a simple medication refill nothing. No word from anyone despite $100s of dollars spent. This is not how you help people. Im so frustrated I could cry. Beware and avoid. This company is a scam.

  Dangerous disregard for patients. Wont talk to you, wont help you, and charge fees for any contact with your doctor. Ive paid them thousands of dollars and I cant even get in touch with my doctor when I need to see him. Truly awful people. The executives will block you on social media if you try to contact them about not hiring any staff to take your calls even though they wont let you reach directly to your doctor and are forced to work through their handful of staff that are all overworked, underpaid, and dangerously stressed. Truly awful human beings running this grift of a company.

  When I started using ADHD Online in February 2022, it was great. Got my assessment, spoke with my doctor and had my medication all within the same week. It has been on a decline since. 15 days ago I reached out for my medication refill, which was 5 days before my refill was needed which is what my doctor advised me to do. No response. I have reached out via email so many times to them now to no response, I have tried calling through almost every prompt in their system and you cannot get a live person!! I am seriously beginning to wonder if they had a mass walkout of all of their employees or what???? Does anyone work there anymore?10 days without my medicine now, ** really struggling at work, as a mom and at school and it ***** no one there can do a thing to help or even bother to reply to me really when Im paying for the service.

  Very poor service model. If you value timely responses and a minimal level of responsive professional service, you should look for a different provider.
