    You will literally wait for over 20 days between submitting a help request and hearing back. You will not be able to transfer medicines with ease at all and by the time they do the medicine will be out of stock at wherever you had them transfer to. You have no way to actually contact a physician. This company needs a class action lawsuit filled against them promptly.

    I have been a client of ADHD Online since 20201 and have been very happy with the service received until now. I sent a message 10 days ago through the patient portal requesting a refill for my medication even though the doctor said she had already called in the three month supply. I never received a response. I sent another message three days ago and no response. I have called three times, no answer, left message, no response. I submitted a post on their facebook page and did get a response stating, "We know this is is frustrating and will escalate my response." That's great but so far no response. I've been very happy with the service of ADHD Online until now. Please take care of this issue. Hire more staff. Do whatever as this type of service is unacceptable.

    I'm going to go ahead and put my review in as well, to see if it can possibly help someone. My consult with the doctor was rescheduled at the last minute because she double booked the time slot. When I did meet with a doctor, she was was 20 minutes late and when she finally joined the zoom, did not even apologize for the tardiness. My prescribed medication has yet to have been sent to the pharmacy, and just as everyone here has mentioned, THERE IS NO ONE TO CALL DIRECTLY. They are literally not even taking phone calls at the moment. SMH. Stay clear people

    Adhd assessment and results provided in a timely fashion. Able to consult with Dr relatively quickly. The issue is they've been no communicative regarding processing my medication. All necessary paperwork was sent to them and I've been trying to get an answer as to where I stand. 20+ phone calls made over the past 5 days, always a "3 minute wait which turns into 10 minutes which turns into them stating they'll call back. Never no call back, never able to talk to a human. Messages sent through their online system also received no response. This is no good for my adhd brain and legit making me feel crazy. They need to up their customer support...They're dealing with adhd people here. We need better. Or perhaps they're just a scam and providing exactly what they intend.

    I rarely write reviews but ADHD online deserves my recognition because Im so thankful to finally be able to receive accessible, affordable, and equitable care. I love my physician and appreciate being able to tackle and manage my ADHD with her from the comfort of my home. As a single mother with limited time off and expensive health care, I am so grateful to have a platform like this for my mental health care.

    I agree with what everyone else has said...They are irresponsible... I have been trying to refill my meds for weeks... 7 phone calls and multiple emails without resolve. I'm out of my meds and can't get anyone to call me back.

    Doctor “prescribed” me but never called it into the pharmacy. I’ve been charged for the follow up appointment that I was required to have, and then never received the medication “prescribed.” Furious.

    SCAM!! This company takes your initial consult then when you try to contact them to refill script you can NOT get in touch with them no matter what. They refuse to answer your emails, they recently changed their number and will not answer their phone no matter what. Stay far away from this scam of a fraudulent business!

    $350 dollars in and doctor no show, cannot get treatment! Site is a scam, takes days to get a response and even then just a waste. RIPPED OFF AND PISSED

    $149 to get a diagnosis for ADHD! I was led to believe that I could get my medication from them. I've already been diagnosed and have been on medication for years.
