I would never pay for this coverage again or recommend. It has been 2 months since the tech came out. Called today and the part was never ordered.

Last March 2021, we purchased a protection plan with Guardsman for our patio furniture. We also bought patio furniture covers to protect the patio furniture from the weather. When we opened up the patio furniture for the summer, it was rusted, and the paint is chipping or bubbling. I sent multiple pictures. The Guardsman Protection Plan conveniently does NOT cover, the metal surfaces on patio sets according to customer service and therefore we WASTED $169.00 for absolutely no reason. Buying protection is a scam!

I am very unsatisfied with Guardsman and it's service because the company does not honor it's warranty contract. I purchased a 5 year Gold Complete Plus Plan with my living room furniture April 2019. As of June 2022, I filed a service claim for repair of the *** ports on my recliners and the claim was denied. My *** ports are built in and mounted on a hard surface inside of my living room furniture. The Gold Complete Plus Plan clearly states in Section 6.2.11 the *** ports are covered.
