Paid $10,000 for electrical work that I later found was around $4000. What a rip off. I am single with a disabled kid. Do not use!!!

1 starThis company should be ashamed of themselves. We had some issues with our plumbing and sewer. They came out with a camera and tried to cut through tree roots that had invaded our pipes. They told me that our clay pipers were deteriorating and the roots were so bad that the only way to fix it was to have our pipes relined. They quoted me $12,000. When I questioned them about another option, like a bigger tool for cutting the roots, he said it would cost $4500 because they needed to cover their a%% since my pipes couldn't handle it. When I said I didn't have that kind of money, he quickly shared they do their own financing. I explained I would need a second opinion. I was then referred to another local company who came out and cleared out every single tree root(with no problems) for $325. Absolutely ridiculous that Service Professor's ONLY options for me were thousands of dollars.Review fromDavid M

Very professional in their work and image. However, prices seem to be high. I paid over $600.00 for them to repair a leaky shower faucet. Maybe it is a sign of the times.The Service Professor LLC

1 starWe called them out here. They came. Unclogged the drain for maybe 2 weeks. Called them to come out to do it right.. They wanted to charge us full price Again. They said they were sending out their manager to do an assessment on the drain. He came out and said we need to get it unclogged from the house to the street which would be 4500.00 dollars. He left the top off the drain "Drain plug" It flooded our basement and ruined many things. "This was the manager"... We had DTE come out to see where the gas line and Water line met in our yard. They checked with their machine and said the water line "pipe" from the house to the street was clear. Nothing stopping it up at all. It was only the build up of grease just in that one spot where the Service Professor Manager left the top off at. I would NEVER use these people again!!!! BEWARE!!!Review fromSheila W

These guys are awesome. Although it took many tries to find the real source to our problem they fixed it properly and within the time frame they said. They knew just what they were doing. Will have them out again if needed.The Service Professor LLC

1 starI had submitted a request for an electrical system upgrade in our home from the **** website. Service Professor immediately responded and left a voice mail on my phone. Upon calling them back to arrange for a quote for the anticipated work, the person who schedules the visit from one of their estimators/technicians indicated that there would be a service charge (approximately $80) IF ANY WORK WAS DONE. Since I only wanted a quote for the future work, no ACTUAL work beyond looking over the job was done. Their technician was very focused on getting us to agree on a monthly contract for the many services they claim to provide. The technician also investigated the scope of the potential electrical work and provided a formal written quote while on site. Since there was no actual work performed, I was shocked when I was told that the quote preparation would be charged as a service call. There was additional pressure applied that if I accepted the terms of the quote, that the service charge may be waived. The technician was informed before hand that all I wanted was a quote and that I would be seeking competitive bids from other contractors. I believe that The Service Professor is not totally honest with the explanation of their job quoting process and that I would like a refund of the service charge.Review fromDenny S
