    The ****** county judge, pre marked my case as a no show, even thought I was in the court the scheduled day and time and clicked the zoom link..The case was then sent to a court claiming to have jurisiction of an account that was opened in a different state.The lawyer in gwinnett county court on zoom was not ************** and provided no proof he worked for *********************************************** I asked for accomodation zoom link and was denied..

    Stenger & Stenger, P.C. is in receipt of your BBB Complaint wherein you stated the judge pre-marked the case as a no show, the account was opened in a different state, and the lawyer on the zoom was not ************** and provided no proof he worked for Stenger &Stenger. Specifically regarding your concern as to the appearing counsel, the Firm has multiple attorneys that *** appear on its behalf. We have confirmed that the attorney appearing in your matter was proper and appeared on the Firms behalf. If you believe Court did not accommodate a request you made or improperly notated the hearing result, please reach out to the Court directly as Stenger & Stenger does not determine or maintain the court record.Finally, Stenger & Stenger is open to discussion in an effort to resolve this account.     They harass me by coming to my house, posting stuff on my door for someone who is not me, doesnt Live here, and has never lived here. Ive called them, its impossible to speak with anyone without agreeing to pay them. I send all the mail back. One time the person who did the serving left his number so I called him and informed him of this. I have emailed them many times. They leave court documents taped to my door more than 3 times. Additionally, the person they are looking for has his correct address all over ****** so they could get it right if they wanted to. I am sick of this, and they are not responding to me at all!
