Great way to find good homes for your pets. My posting reached many people and I found good homes for my puppies. Easy to use and very reasonably priced. Puppies.com even detected a couple scammers that were trying to contact me about a puppy in time for me to not get involved with a scam! I will definitely use them again if I ever need to find a home for a pet! I would give a 100% score!

We bought a Toy Poodle from a breeder on Puppy.Com. The breeder who we thought was legit. She actually sells puppies for a lady that appears on the top 100 puppy ***** list. We were so upset when we received his AKC paperwork and realized the dog wasnt registered with the seller. I sent an email to Puppy.Com and I was told that they dont get involved with the these complaintsPuppies.com

Puppies.com is a bulletin board service and is meant to be a means to initiate the meeting between a buyer and a seller. We therefore do not get involved in the terms or completion of any transactions. Every seller/breeder goes through an approval process but as stated in our Terms of Service policy, we are not able to offer any guarantees that the individuals listing on the site are reputable breeders. Because of this, we always recommend that people follow our Buyers Tips when searching for a puppy online. If you feel the Seller has not fulfilled their end of the contract, you always have the option of pursuing legal action against them.You also have the option to leave a testimonial on the seller's account if you purchased a dog from them through Puppies.com. Don't was your Time or your money with this company very dishonest you have to pay for everything and when you do pay you keep getting messages asking simple question. Like for example. are the parents on premises. I answer with a positive answer they never reply back which mean is the company that contact me so I can keep paying for add?? I got around 20 questions ? I replied and they never reply back funnyPuppies.com

Really shady company protects their listers because they pay for the services. Dishonest and shady practice. Practicing under false pretenses to provide a contracted service but will not allow honest reviews of the sellers to be posted. Protects fraud and mis handles their customer service. Will only allow commenting if you purchase through them. Not a proper forum for honest sales.Puppies.com

Hello,Puppies.com is an online bulletin board service and does not get involved in the transactions that take place outside of the website. In order to post a testimonial for a seller on the site you must purchase a dog from a listing that was posted on Puppies.com within 2 years of your purchase. If the seller disputes a testimonial the buyer will be required to provide proof of purchase in order to keep their testimonial active. ****************** aka Puppies.com can be sneaky in taking your money but will not refund even if the account hasn't been used. I canceled my membership 9/22 and they are still currently charging me. I had to cancel my card to stop them from siphoning my bank account.Puppies.com

In order for a listing to be posted on the site and your contact information to be visible you do have to pay for a membership.It appears you paid for a recurring billing membership in August 2022. You had a listing posted on the site and your contact information was visible on your profile from August 2022 to March 2023. You responded to messages from buyers through the site in September, October 2022 and February 2023. You canceled your recurring billing membership in February 2023 and then deleted your listing off the site in March 2023. The membership that you paid for was used, but as a courtesy we already refunded the February and March charges back to your card per our email correspondence with you. Listings posted on Puppies.com are automatically linked and posted as-is on Oodle.com, as well. If a visitor of Oodle.com selects the ad, they will be redirected to your listing on Puppies.com. No personal or sensitive information is shared with Oodle.com, only that which you choose to make available to the public via your Puppies.com listings.If Oodle.com has not updated and your ad has been removed from Puppies.com, then if someone clicks on the Oodle.com ad it will redirect to Puppies.com and state the ad is no longer available. I have contacted a breeder on a cute male Doxie a video was sent and shot records but the size doesnt match up to the day of birth and now I get a run around about pictures of the parents or any other video and a short sentence snot being busy sounds like a scam from *******Puppies.com

Hello, We offer different ways for you to report and protect yourself from fraudulent or suspicious accounts via our REPORT and BLOCK options. Clicking REPORT will allow you to flag an account for us to review for anything that seems suspicious, fraudulent, violating our terms of service, etc. Choosing to BLOCK accounts will stop them from being able to see or interact with you on our site. You can find these options in two spots on the site. First, you can find them in the message center at the bottom of each message written in red. You can also find the REPORT option in each listing written in red if you scroll to the bottom of the page of a listing you are viewing. In your situation it appears you had created 2 accounts on Puppies.com, so the messages you were trying to retrieve were located on your other account.
