    We used to have success using PF to sell our responsibly bred puppies. Now it might as well ********** that you have to pay $ to use. For a decade the seedy BYBs didn't pay to post their puppies. Their puppies don't even get shots or worming, of course they won't waste a whole $30 to find homes for the puppies.Well p.com in their infinite wisdom has decided to give these people free trials. They sign in with new emails to sell their puppies for free and have flooded the site with cheap, sickly mixed puppies that have tanked the price of responsibly bred puppies because buyers are comparing us to page after page of backyard breeders.I looked at pups in my area and have determined that 87% were posted on accounts still in the free week. Some gems from those posts include "no shots" "as is" misspelling the breed of dog, absolutely alarming things.P.com not only are you allowing these garbage people to pump out litter after litter and use your platform to trick unsuspecting buyers you are slapping the faces of your ACTUAL PAYING SELLERS by pitting us against people who have no intentions of ever paying you a single dime. We don't even get priority placement. If you search a breed recently they default your search to include purebred+"designer" aka horrible, irresponsible mixes BEFORE carefully cultivated purebreds. Disgusted that I've been shelling out so much money to a company who is betraying their customers. Their "7 day free trial" actually keeps the free posts up for a full two weeks and even though it will say the seller's profile is expired, they let them post their direct number in the puppy ad so they get WEEKS to pedal their sick puppies where we pay for the privilege.I was just approved with Good Dog, who actually screens their breeders (which I'm not even asking puppies.com to do, simply making everyone pays the fee is enough to deter these people). My DECADE with them ends now.Enjoy all your freeloaders while pushing away your actual breeders!

    I paid $300 for a Pomeranian puppy but once the seller received he money she deactivated her account and doesn't answer my calls. I am very disappointed that I lost $300 yesterday and nobody is able to help me. Please be aware of dirty scammers. Puppies.com doesn't give a sh*t about any of this.

    I bought a Pomeranian puppy in ******* in August of 2020 from what turned out to be a gaslighting, abusive, and irresponsible breeder. She sold me a sick puppy with genetic issues and deformities: aseptic necrosis of the femoral head, a deformity in his inner right ear which causes ear infections, and a chronic cough that I have spent thousands of dollars on trying to diagnose, to no avail. He had to have FHO surgery at 10 months to remove a deformed femoral head, and has been left with residual nerve pain, and a limp. He has also developed Alopecia X, and a giant patch of hair where they shaved for the surgery never grew back. He also had a cryptorchid t******* which he had to have surgery for. I had told ***** of all these things, and she refunded me a fraction of what I paid. In addition to all of this, when he was 7 months old he was nipped by an adult male ******* and he lost his eye. It was so horrible, and was a freak accident. She accused me of "stealing" and blames his GENETIC health problems on the loss of his eye.I'm sure she has lots of happy customers as well, but when something goes wrong, this is how she treats her customers. She is not a responsible or good breeder. You should be ashamed of yourselves for facilitating this kind of abuse. Poor breeding is animal abuse!!I deeply love my dog, he is my baby and he gets the BEST care. He is delicate and needs chiropractic, acupuncture, gabapentin for his residual hip pain, and he also had 4 months of expensive rehab after his FHO surgery that didn't really help. ***** offered to take him back so he could live a "healthy life", blaming his genetic issues on me. Your website is terrible for hosting people like her!! You are allowing her comment to remain up where she gaslights me and blames his genetic problems on the loss of his eye. I guess it will serve as a red flag to any intelligent potential buyer. They can read it and see how ***** handles conflict due to her irresponsible breeding practices.

It does sound like the breeder did offer resolutions for the issues with a partial refund and an offer to return the puppy to try and resolve the situation. If you feel the dogs are being mistreated please contact the local authorities so they can visit the location and take further action if needed.     Yes, after his cryptorchid t******* operation and right before his FHO operation she offered to take him back "so he could lead a healthy life", insinuating that her poor breeding practices resulting in GENETIC deformations were my fault. She is a bad breeder who takes no responsibility for her breeding practices. She threw me a $500 bone when I paid $3000 cash for him. His vet bills and chronic health issues cost me $10,000 in his first two years of life. I love my dog, and it hurts to see him in pain. I wouldn't give him back for the world. Irresponsible breeding practices are animal abuse and your site is hosting breeders that do this.

It is up to each individual seller to respond to their ad, and as a bulletin board service we cannot guarantee you will receive a response or that the seller will choose to sell you a dog.We do have the option of messaging through the site and if the seller has a phone number visible you have the options of texting and calling.     Total scam. I was scammed out of $400 for a deposit I sent on a puppy to *****************. Her name isn't even *****************. She claims to represent majestic kennels in ***********, **.The seller disputed my testimonial and it was removed from the website. This site supports puppy *****. This site isn't legit. My review about how I got scammed out of money was removed because the seller said the, "check was in the mail."

If you feel someone has been proven to be a puppy mill we ask for you to provide documentation (such as police reports or other evidence of legal action showing that the breeder is operating outside of the law) so that the seller in question may be investigated thoroughly as allegations alone are not sufficient evidence to have an account removed. If allegations are substantiated with these documents, then we will have the account in question removed from our site.We do require that your initial contact with the seller be from a listing posted on Puppies.com in order to post a testimonial on the site.     I was not at all pleased with the switch to the new company!! the old one was much better!! the new one doesn't allow me to set up an account and customer support is extremely unhelpful!!! I used to have very good success with the old company but not anymore! I cannot recommend selling puppies on here at all and if you have a problem for customer support good luck getting it fixed!!!

    Hello,The new site did have a lot of new changes, but one policy that remains is that we do not allow members to sell dogs for other users or post listings on their account for other breeders. We only allow you to post the dogs that you personally own. There might be another site that allows that action that you could use.     Before when the site was called puppyfind.com I received plenty of reviews and messages. It went from 80 plus reviews and several potential buyers in a week. Now... I might get 20 views and if I'm lucky I'll get one message. I barely get any views and I barely ever get any messages for potential buyers. I dropped my price several times within the same litter and still nothing. It make me wonder if they can control the viewing of the seller's profile so that the seller's will have to keep buying monthly subscriptions to their site. I'm also irritated at the fact that I subscribed under puppyfind and the first 3 weeks I got no reviews but all of a sudden the site was called puppies.com so while the site was under construction I couldn't get any views or contacts from buyers so I only had one week of subscription from this company after paying ***** for a month.. How do I know? Because the weekly report emailed me was verification of that. Each week it said ZERO views but the same day puppies.com was available I received two calls saying they see my listing but can't see the information and that is how I found out because I had to go fix my listing. After this litter is sold I will never use this site again. I'm very very disappointed.

If you go to the My Listings page and click on the graph next to your listing it does show that users are clicking on and viewing your listings and it shows that you have been contacted on all of your listings.It would help if you put your contact phone number in your listing details and verified your phone number on your Verifications page. You can also complete your ** verification so that you can show up in the ** verified search option.Hopefully once you have completed the above suggestions you will get more traffic.     These guys are horrible. They only care about positive reviews. Ive emailed concerns many times and they reply with the same thing over and over. They dont address the situation. This is a complete scam. If anyone really wanted to sell their dog they would message you back. I dont ever get a message back from anyone I message except one and she changed the price and then refused to answer my questions about the dog and me wanting to buy the dog as long as it didnt have any underlying medical conditions and was healthy. She stopped emailing me and it was later posted as sold along with the upped price. It makes you wonder if anyone really wants these dogs or if they only really care about what they can get for them meaning $$ or if they find out something is wrong with them they sell them so they dont have to spend the money on their vet bill too and hide it. Us pet owners arent stupid and deserve the truth and animals dont deserve that. Be honest selling your pets. Money isnt everything.

    Many puppies in ********** are from *******, ** ******. We were told the puppy was two months. The date listed on the website was different than the shot record which was from ****** an eight day difference. *** said even younger than the record. Also said potty trained which was a lie. Now she has another listing up with a picture of our puppy with a different name. They are selling very young puppies and not being accurate or truthful.
