    I purchased an engine from this establishment online. They sent the engine but it was damaged to the point of not working (could not hold compression). I contacted them about a complete refund since I found another engine that worked. They sent me the *** shipping and we returned the engine. I never got my refund. I did get a another damaged engine... pieces were broken off. I contacted them again to get my refund and a means to ship this damaged engine back to them. We got the *** material but never my refund as promised. I have an email and a text message stating that they will refund my initial purchase... to date they refuse to respond to me. This is pure theft. I will file a legal complaint if they refuse to process my refund ASAP.

    We corrected the engine and sent it back to him and we will pay for removal and reinstallation. The wrong tone ring was installed.
