    I am not getting good service (lots of static) and the company has not responded to phone calls or email. I even sent a certified letter which did not return a response. How do I get out of this situation and switch to another company?

    I have been trying to reach them for two weeks now they never answer or return calls the service has been out 2 plus weeks now the only thing they do is send a bill each month . There us no customer service and when you leave a voicemail or email they never return the calls. Absolutely horrible.

    Scammed me to switch phone services just to save money. When I received the device I never had any service what so ever I called and spoke to technician and they never could get it to hook up correctly and still expected me to pay for 2 months of no home service.

    A representative called my 95 yr old father (with dementia) and told him **** was going out of business and he switch Clear Rate. Needless to say, he agreed. I've left 3 phone messages and 2 emails with no response from this company. Equipment was received yesterday and the intent to port home phone number from **** to Clear Rate. Working with ******** to restore home phone service. Most of these complaints deal with scamming seniors. ******** business practice.

    Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Tried to cancel service for my mother after she passed... 4 weeks after I informed the company she passed away via their support email box they are still billing our account. They don't answer their phone and don't read emails to their support email box. Never agree to use this company for your phone service.

    I'm convinced that this company has no customer service team. They claim that customer service is available 24.7 -it's an absolute lie. I'm told to call 'early' in the morning, 8am and never receive an answer from customer service. All calls to customer service get sent to the repair team who cannot do anything to help. The customer service line sends you to voicemail after about 30 minutes of waiting. You will likely NOT receive a call back after leaving a number or voicemail. You will likely NOT get an email response. The online portal is not easy to use whatsoever. They've made it impossible to discontinue service. I've resorted to sending a letter in the mail to discontinue service. This company is either deceptive or EXTREMELY incompetent. 0/5 stars.

    Worse company ever! Stay away!!! Zero customer service! After paying my bill on time for months, they sent a bill for over $2000. Now they have turned off my phone to my surgery practice putting patients safety in jeopardy. I have called everyday for two weeks but no one answers the phone or calls you back.

    My name is ************* land line provider, at that time ************ in mid June transfer my account and convinced me to say yes to Clear Rate Communications service. My land line was working perfectly fine until switching to Clear Rate Communications. i have installed the hardware that was sent to me, and from that day on, until now, I do not have reliable service. I've left messages after waiting on hold for 30 minutes and the system timing out and indicating I need to leave a message and sent an email without any response. I also wrote a complain letter on their web page. Nothing was done to address the issue, but the bills kept coming. This is no way to run a business and treat customers in that way. Their numbers does not connect to a human regardless of the option that is selected, billing, trouble with service, or other. I've tried them all. Finally, I switch to another carrier and disconnect my phone from there box. I hope I can get my money back, but I seriously doubt that. If I could leave a zero star that would be better.
