The work crew was great. Four good guys who were personable and told us everything we needed to know and how the job was progressing. Finished in the time frame given upon arrival.

My first experience was terrible the sales person **** never showed up again after he received my check didn't follow thru with anything. Yesterday ***** ****** came to inspect crawl space and sure wish I would have had him from the beginning he was so informative on all took the time to explain the good and bad results and showed me pictures of issues I would certainly recommend ***** and his expertise and just a great guyAyers Basement Systems

Oct 30/24 Ayers representative work in my basement to install a sistem to protect the basement from calcium hydroxide accumulate from rain water. Installing pump sump,water guard ,ice guard and landscape outlet,signing a contract for $15,229.82 US dlls this system guarantee 25 yrs against water , no even 4 months calcium hydroxide come trough the wall , just like before, landscape cru damage the electric system and when I reach the representative I no have any reasonable solution .! I was expecting what this professionals experts have a real solution and ended with a big bill and same problem , what kind of professionals can go taking people money without any consequences .?Aprecciate your time and consideration to this situation .!Ayers Basement Systems

We worked with ****** to find a solution for his wiring issue. Although this problem stemmed from a previous contractor's installation and was outside of Ayers' responsibility, we agreed to collaborate with the customer to resolve it. Foreman wanted to make sure I was pleased with the work, it appears they did clean up after work but I haven't been back under the house to check the work, building inspector comes Friday to check the work as well.Ayers Basement Systems
