      I prepaid for a laser lipo treatment series on my abdomen — after rethinking my decision and taking a moment to review my interaction and experience during my consultation with LightRx and researching industry pricing standards, this purchase just felt very wrong and not to mention HIGHLY overpriced. I decided not to move forward with this service and requested a refund as part of my consumer protection rights (laser lipo service was never rendered and I requested refund prior to my first scheduled appointment). The Clinical Director *** Khan agreed to the full refund via email, but for eight weeks, I was given nothing but empty promises and excuses. Each time I followed up, I was told a “ticket” had been issued for my refund, yet no one could tell me who the ticket was submitted to, when the refund would be processed, or even provide basic accountability. The answers were vague, contradictory, and clearly meant to stall. They clearly had no intention of issuing the refund voluntarily. Eventually, I had to go through my bank to initiate a chargeback and was thankfully refunded under consumer protection rights by my bank. My bank is still in active dispute with LightRx. To make matters worse, the complimentary laser facial treatment that was offered to me as part of my purchase of the laser lipo series, was performed on me without ever being presented with or signing a consent form. I was not made aware of risks and disqualifying conditions prior to the treatment. They quickly made me sign AFTER the treatment was performed when they discovered their mistake— a serious case of medical negligence. Performing such procedures without informed consent is unethical and dangerous. I will be reporting this to the medical board and department of health. In my opinion, this business is operating unethically, and is a serious case of a scam. There are countless reputable and professional clinics that value patient safety and transparency — this is not one of them.

      We are sorry to hear about ****** experience. A full refund was processed by the company back to the client's credit card for unused services. We did not receive any transaction disputes from the bank.

      This place is a total rip-off. I was told after asking directly yes we can treat you fat. Then I was told, once I complained halfway through, that there was no change, that my satisfaction was their priority, and that they would not be done until I was completely satisfied. They also assured me that they would follow up with me. Well, none of that happened. And I am still paying off the over $3,000.00 plus dollars they charged me for nothing. Don't waste your money and run from this place. They scammed me please don't let the slick-talking sales lady rip you off! Honestly I want to give zero stars but that is not a selection.

      I have called several times. No one answers the phone. I leave messages to get an appointment for packages i purchased and no one returns my call. You cannot make appointments online unless it's for a consultation to buy a package. Ridiculous! Don't go here! A waste of 1000s of dollars

      I purchased 7 treatments from Light Rx to remove ***** spots on my leggs. They said that the 7 treatments would get rid of the ***** spots. I had 7 treatments so far and still have the ***** spots.They also said it was pain free. That was also a lie. So after spending $1400.00 and spending the my time and enegry not to mention the pain I am still dealing with the same ***** spots I had prior to the treatments.

      I went to the location in ********** with a Groupon on 10/9/24 to get *****. On my way to my appointment I called twice to let them know I was running a few minutes late and they changed my appointment time a few minutes to accommodate. I get to the office and the front desk checks me in and speaks to the nurse and the nurse loudly argues back and forth with her and walks out. The front desk let me know she refused to complete the appointment because she already packed her bag. The front desk promised me they would refund my Groupon and gave me a Business card. Its now been 48 hours and no one will return my calls or refund my Groupon I did not get to use. When I call it takes me to a third party CALL CENTER and no one returns my calls. Seems like scammers and absolutely unprofessional.

      I went there and it seemed that they were all nice and tried to get me to sign up which I did. I posted a check. They post it without waiting caused me to bounce a check. I called and complained. They were rude to me. Said they send a check back to me then three months later still have not received my $150 back. I will not recommend these people to anybody it seems they just want your money and then they get mean and nasty when you want something from them Takes too long to get anything done $150 and still couldnt get anything done. my sister is doing something closer to me and every time she gets something done she gets a credit but shes got $400 credit so far and I know she hasnt spent $150 with them. I dont know what your plans are but I dont think your company is gonna do very well. If this is the way you treat your customers which I dont want to be a custom. I just want my money back, but I cant get anybody to answer my call or even return a call Without being rude and obnoxious and outright with a text message back to me and by the looks of it, you dont have any good reviews. Theyre all complaining about your staff and how you lie you should be ashamed of yourself. I wouldnt even give you one star I dont think you deserve that.

      Very disappointed ! They are more about pushing the services than making customers happy!I signed up to receive the laser treatments for broken capillaries and pigmentation. I've had different lasers before and I was surprised when the manager told me after my last treatment the pigmentation would be 100% gone. I asked if she was sure and she said sometimes patients may need a 5th session and if so they would offer it to me as they want their customers to be happy. After each session i barely noticed any improvement and every time I went they had a sale and they were asking if I wanted more sessions. I repeatedly told them I'm not comfortable paying for another package until I see results. Then after session 4 they take pics and asked me what I thought. They did point out some improvement in skin texture but I told them the pigmentation was still pretty visible and the capillaries weren't gone either and I reminded them of the 5th treatment but I told them based off the little progress after each treatment I had little confidence I'd be happy after the 5th. I also asked them why they told me they would be 100% gone and the manager told me for most clients after 4 treatments they are happy. She also told me she didn't tell me they would for sure be gone. I shook my head and told her I didn't appreciate the dishonesty. She also told me the damage must just be too deep with my skin and it isn't the laser not working. Really? I've had treatments before. The pigmentation ALWAYS come back. This one touted minimal discomfort and they told me no scabbing. That is what interested me BUT unfortunately minimal results. :(They advertise the membership with a free hydrofacial and a discount on botox. Do your homework first. They gave me the most botox I've ever received so even with the discount I paid MORE than i have elsewhere. The girl doing the botox was also pushing another product. I'd recommend finding another place to go don't let their sale prices pull you in

      To Whom It May ************* my name is *************************, from ********* **. I join LightRx on April 12, 2023.. I really love the employee who work for your company. Everyone treat you well. The only problem I had was once my time was running out , I expressed to them that my low part of my stomach was still hanging the same way it were when I join. Later on I was told that it really was lost skin. I just wish that I could have been told up front that it was all lose skin and if I was going to pay $3,800.00 I could have added a few more thousand dollars and had a tummy tuck done. Or took that $3,800.00 and had other work done. I hate to write this email but it been on my mind for over two months. That's not a little bit of money to me. I will pay the bill because I work to hard to have great credit. I didnt know how to express my concern to the Manger who approved me. It's just hurt me so much because I look the way I came in. Yes I lost weight because I walk two hours Monday thur Friday. I just wish I was told up front would the be able to help me get that off. If not I could have had other work done for that amount of money. It's took so much for me to write this email. I just couldn't shape it off, so I decided to write because I know that was the only way I was going to feel right in my spirit. Very Unhappy. Thanks *************************

      I purchased a package to freeze away. I was coached along the 1st session through intense pain. My package was 11 sessions with 2 sessions free. The total cost was set at $8010 with 3 payments of ****. 1st payment made day of initial service. I pondered over the thought of i wanted to continue with this type of brutal treatment. I then contacted the company. Being told instantly if I used 1 session from the package I was ineligible for a refund. I wanted to speak to a supervisor of higher authority. I called on several different occasions to have my name and number taken with no return call from anyone. Finally several attempts to speak with management 7m later I spoke to ***** who was said to be management. ***** explains to me that because of my use of the one season I was not able to get but $200 of my money back. That in all that one session cost altogether $2470. She said she would have her higher up to contact me to explain it better since I didn't seem to understand. I never recieved that call. I would never do business or seems anyone to do business with this company. I'm thankful I didn't pay the full amount, but I truly want my money back. It's ridiculous to have a customer go through so much, having to do rating reviews because there are not any professional leaders in the company to assist the customer. It's very scandalous. If I need to sell legal representation to resolve this I will.
