      Stay away from Light RX. The lipo doesn't work. They will refuse to refund you for anything even if its a complete package that has not been touched. The lipo in the Treat 2 Complete and the Bliss is a waste of money. I went in with an open mind and tried it and it does not work. It will destroy your actual muscle mass and strength leaving you with exactly what you wanted to get rid of. I have reached out for 3 months to get a refund to just today be told that sorry not sorry even though there is a package that I will not use because why am I going to waste my time on something that doesn't work. 3 months I have been trying to get a refund and now being told that because I bought it at a discounted rate it's not refundable. Funny how they never sell anything at regular price anyway. However, nevermind when I wasn't seeing results and I mentioned that I was offered a refund and now they don't want to offer the refund yet stick me with $$$$ in services I will not use.

      Awful customer service. They kept me waiting in a room for over 15 minutes with the machine beeping that it was ready before they checked in on me and admitted they forgot about me. Then at todays appt they told me I had the wrong time. Upon further discussion, I find out they booked my session under someone elses name ! When I told them they were being unprofessional, they said I was being nasty. Also- no results since I started treatment.

      SYAY AWAY FROM ********** LIGHT RX. READ THEIR REVIEWS. THEY ARE NOT BBB APPROVED! Never in my life have I been more upset with the service or outcome of an establishment such as yhis. After spending nearly $3,000.00, ***** NOTHING. Go to a different Medspa. They're all over Greenville and surrounding areas.You can take your lousy $25 refund and take a class on professionalism or perhaps how to be a better LIAR?

      Im beyond mad now Just receiving new emails from ******* stating that they just now placed the refund today on 7/28/22 They are LIARS I hav emails stating they did the refund ON THE 20th I did a little research before even going in since I had both hips replaced and of course the areas I had wish to be done; that cold therapy should be fine.Not knowing anything about HEAT therapy which this is what they do. I see all sorts of photos & whether it was a coincidence or not or just some kind of lets pull her in by saying Hey, such n such just lost 14 lbs in her session today! Gee what women wouldnt get excited hearing that!??? Anyway, so I went ahead & purchased the first half. (Dumb idea) on a whim, excited seeing pics & hearing great results! I get home & that intuition KICKS IN! I called immediately the two doctors the first one@Mayoclinic second the doctor that did my right hip in Mesa.Well come to find out that they recommended not to do the heat treatments in the area of the of hip replacement, It would be quite uncomfortable is what I was informed. So w/that being said I called them immediately & mentioned that I need to cancel the apt & please refund my money. She mentioned over the phone well Monday is coming to an end and we only do refunds on ea Monday .. hum OK that doesnt make sense- Kind of fishy. So I wait to the following Monday. I also get a text Saturday before - saying hey your apt is set please respond yes or no. Well Sat night I email them; I received a text about an apt so they hav knowledge on Monday morning when they come into the office; That ..Everything was canceled & I should be getting a refund. So till this day I have NOT RECEIVED A REFUND. Its been 10 days (today)Email from them: On Tue, Jul 26, 2022 at 9:21 AM Mesa LightRx wrote:Hi *****,Your refund was submitted 8 days ago and is still being processed. Heres your refund # Now even LONGER! she just now sent a receipt! Very first time of the refund.
