  They are a scam. They are trying to charge me for $2000 worth of treatments and I never received one treatment. Please do not go to this place and definitely don't sign for anything.

  Beware of the ********* location! The manager is racist and gets mad if you don't buy a package. ************************* is the most unprofessional persons in the industry. The services do not work and they cost a lot of money. Don't go in with a coupon thinking your going to get good service. They are going to tell you that the service on coupon is so light that it won't work and want you to buy a package costing thousands more. When you say, ok, I'll think about it or nicely refuse, ****** the manager gets mad and makes you feel like garbage.The only person I would have bought a package from was a technician named ****, because she was cute and bubbly and she didn't push. She took no for and answer and professionally did the service I went it for. Unless your willing to spend thousands of dollars, i would not go within two feet of the ********* location

  This review was written by the mother of a former employee who was let go the day before this review was posted. ********************** has never visited any of our locations, nor had any interaction with any member of the LightRx staff aside from her daughter. This is a retaliatory review, which contains extremely damaging and potentially slanderous accusations against the staff at our ********* locations which are completely untrue and unfounded. We request that this review be removed immediately as it does not relate to ************************** experience as a client of any of our establishments.

  Was given ***** dollars in credit. I pay my bill every month on time, and pay OVER the recommended amount to pay! Come to find out they REMOVED ***** dollars of my ***** credit line without warning, or letting me know they were doing this. An employee told me they did this to everyone. This put me in the negative available credit line on my balance! Also, one of my services was the ******** procedure, which was supposed to help reduce my rosacea. I spent over ***** dollars on this, which didn't help me! I won't use this company again! They have put a very bad taste in my mouth!

  I am not at all happy with the results I received from LightRx. I went for a consultation and instead signed up as a client and got financed for $6,650.00 without any adequate explanation and without fully comprehending the program's details. However, I was impressed and interested when she presented the before and after pictures of the abdominal treatments. I was expecting more information such as the nature of the treatments, potential side effects, guarantees on results, pre- and post-treatment instructions, none of which were discussed. Then, on May 2, 2023, I returned for my first scheduled treatment and at this time information was disclosed about the ********************* pre and post instructions. I was instructed to adhere to the protocol of staying hydrated and engaging in physical activity, information that was not provided during consultation. Nevertheless, I did adhere to the protocol. On August 17, 2023, the manager informed me that I was no longer receiving treatments. I told her I was not satisfied with the results, which did not match the expectations created during my initial consultation. Despite my reservations and based on her proposal, I agreed to complimentary treatments on the Legacy. However, during my last treatment, I did not observe the expected improvements and only experienced increased sagging skin and wrinkles rather than the firm and smooth appearance I had been led to anticipate. Due to these circumstances, I believe I have been misled and deceived by LightRx. I'm deeply disappointed and dissatisfied with the treatments I received. I made good-faith efforts to address my concerns with the manager and UAS, but they yielded no satisfactory resolution. I regret spending my time and money on something that didn't work. So, I wish to cancel my UAS account and discontinue the automatic payments of $247.20 as soon as possible. I'm not requesting a refund; primarily want to cease any further financial obligations associated with LightRx.

  Dishonest! I was forced to pay $4,000.00 for one session. I could not tolerate the equipment used for weight loss. I informed the Administrator within 24 hours that I would not be returning but they still billed my credit card for $4000.00 and would not return my money. I am stuck making monthly payments for a service I did not receive.

  Their negligence cost me a trip to urgent care. The esthetician wrongfully applied a chemical sunscreen to my face where it was noted in my initial consultation & file I’ve had allergic reactions to. They claimed it was the post laser treatment of Aerolase which was only targeted on my jawline/chin. It was clear that my eyes & face were swollen/red which didn’t onset til hours later to the next day. Then they claimed they never used a sunscreen post treatment and that it was the transformation cream, but I’ve already been using that for two weeks and never had a reaction. Isn’t it standard practice to apply sunscreen after any laser treatment anyways so were they lying to deny accountability? Then they said I signed a consent form which is a lie considering they haven’t responded when I asked for the copy which I never received or was made aware of a consent form after four visits. They keep digging their hole deeper instead of taking ownership. Read their employee Glassdoor reviews, they’re unhappy and unethical.

  I went to Lightrx in *********, ** and started my session on 5/3/23 with 11 treatments and it ended on 7/22/23 was told that the treatments i received would work. At first, the manager told me that i didn't need to do anything, then as time went on and having different people to my treatment. I was told that i needed to do my part in it to, like workout and drink plenty of water. So I got a membership at a gym to workout. after about 2 sessions i talked to someone about not seeing any results. I was convinced that i would see results about halfway into the treatment. So i went on a stayed with the treatments. After my second bliss session i went back to voice my concerns with another manager about the same thing, that I don't see any results. Again i was told you are almost finish by the end of our session you will see results. I really don't even know if what they were saying was true about freezing the fat in my stomach. I do think that they be scamming people out their money. This is costing me about $4000.00 and it was financed and that's how they get you too. I want a refund of if not all but some of my money back. Because I tried to cancel twice.

  THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM-DO NOT GO HERE BECAUSE YOU WILL BE WASTING EVERY ***** AND THEN THEY WILL GHOST YOU. I got laser treatment before at Ideal Image, and everything worked totally fine after only a couple of sessions. Then, I wanted to continue laser treatment on the entire rest of my body, and I found a Groupon for Light RX. It was a bit far away from my house, but I felt like the good deal would be worth it. I WENT 12+ TIMES AND IT DIDN'T WORK AT ALL. Not even a little bit. They kept saying Ideal Image's treatment worked better because it was an easier body part, but literally none of my other body parts were seeing results. I was being very patient and I really believed them, and figured after more appointments I would begin seeing results and it was simply a slower process.I finally was exhausted of the constant trips and never-ending non-results, and I expressed to them that this isn't working and what should we do? They said they would refund nothing, and also, I should sign up for the "lifetime plan." Ummm.....I would literally be better off just continuing to shave my body time and money wise at this point. I tried to email/call corporate, they gave me the run around and eventually just started ignoring my calls altogether. I did some investigative work, and it appears this company has scammed many people. I found that their 'laser guns" aren't even meant to be used for laser hair treatments. I also got another procedure done (some scultping treatment I bought in the beginning before I realized this "company" was a joke), and it was also a waste of several hundred dollars. There was literally no difference in the before and after pictures, and more wasted time.Since then, I found another place and my results (just like the previous place I went to before lousy LightRX) have been working almost instantly, as normal laser places should.

  I was also a victim of this company . Light Rx face and body in *********** location. Totally wasted over &******** . Tried to cancelled it several time . Due to No results. I have a scar closed to my eyes . As the result of their treatment . All the reviews from other peoples are very true. Because it happen to me too .I have a permanent *********** to my eyes. Horrible experience . Now, Im stuck with this bills with Horrendous results. Please help.
