I’ve been with Coyneoil for about a year and a half and I deal exclusively with the Interlochen office. My propane needs have always been taken care of professionally. They have digital reader meters right on the tanks and I have never gone below 30%. The cost is always what they tell me it is and they offer a discount for early payment within eight days of being billed. I have had great experiences with the drivers filling up my propane tank.. Coyne has a reputation as being overpriced, and hearing their price per gallon quote did little to dispel that notion while shopping for new service on our new construction. However, after being encouraged to revisit their service due to timeline considerations, I was pleasantly surprised. ******** explained that Coyne has no hidden fees, no hazmat charge, no delivery charge, it's all inclusive. They even offered a veterans discount. **** and **** were out the very next day to set the tank. Both were extremely helpful in discussing setting options on our challenging terrain and went the extra mile to accommodate a very challenging situation. I'm not sure if everyone at Coyne is the same, but ********, ****, and **** were all absolutely top notch to work with and superbly represent the company. Thank you.Coyne Oil & Propane
