      Friendly customer service, and in our case, next day delivery. Would be perfect, if we didn't have to pay the low usage fee.

      Historically, we've gotten good service. In 2022, we used a little over our allotment so paid a fine on the extra usage, good with that. Then they sent ** a fine for not using enough LP gas in the form of tank rental. That tank has sat there 20 years plus, without a rental fee. A fine for using too much, and a fine for not using enough LP in the SAME YEAR, just a couple weeks apart!Now it's all about profit, not about customer service. An American trend that is WRONG.

      Coyne Oil and Propane is the most customer focused, kind, caring ******************** company that I have worked with over the past 22 years. They are always forthcoming about the best deal for our situation. Im very thankful for them my elderly mother and two daughters also use Coyne and are very satisfied.

      Typically they have always been great! Until this fall! I called for a delivery ($597 /244gal) and was told "your account is a cash pay, so you get that discount plus the ability to not pay at delivery" so I had asked the young man "which cash pay means I have up to 8 days after delivery to make a payment, correct?" He responded with "yes ma'am" they came for delivery and by time they came out I was down to 5%, I was then called by Coyne oil to inform me the driver is on site and required payment before filling. Of which I literally had $300 to my name and needed to pay my electric with that to avoid a shut off (Tri-County Homeworks does NOT play with late payments and shuts off the first chance they get!) Well, I argued that my account was a cash pay and I was told and I had confirmed that I had 8 days to pay it as my next check was the one going to propane. They said that I was taken off that ability to pay later due to a payment that hadn't come on time last winter (it was late but paid!) And refused to do the fill without payment and "made a deal" of me paying the 300 then as a minimum payment due to it being Friday and not having enough propane to last the weekend. Elec. Wasn't paid as a result! I ordered my propane the tuesday before delivery on that Friday. Why tell me and confirm I had 8 days just to then say "pay now or can't get it?" Because now, since they only out a little bit in, they can't deliver again till it's low enough as the minimum fill is 200gal due to size of propane tank. (325gal)As a struggling mother of 3, it isn't easy paying their outrageous prices and having to have it filled every month and a half and to go from "yes 8 days to pay from delivery" to "no, we need the money now!" In a matter of a couple days Is a bit much! I asked because I KNEW I couldn't pay the $600 at delivery, hence me confirming what my account status meant. And the young man whom had told me that, was also the one who called me to tell me I had to pay it then.

      There is a woman named rose that I have to deal with for I live in ******* ******** she's very rude condescending tries not to give me the price deal that hoin oil sends me a flyer for I don't know how anybody can deal with this lady that's why I decided to change companies because she's just so hard to deal with
