5 stars**** came and evaluated my door and we discussed the problems and solutions and the cost. He was very professional and friendly. He came within two hours of when I called the company about my problem even though it was later in the day. Made arrangements for the installation within the next two days. Considering my garage door was not functioning well, I thought this was great. ******** came for the installation. Again very friendly and professional. Explained what he was going to do and did it. When he finished he cleaned up and then went over future maintenance and made sure I was satisfied. I am very happy with Precision and both **** and ********.Review fromJan W
