I got excellent service when I called your office, the technician n) was friendly and helpful answering all my questions, good at his job of installing and explaining everything to me; I love my new opener! The installation was quick and the technician provided follow-up instructions. He was courteous and friendly. The company worked closely with me on schedule as some unrelated garage work needed to be done first.
