For a first-time homeowner, the experience with *** was very informative. While I do believe I was charged for a rewind and balance that wasn't an issue until after the inspection, he was able to resolve my initial damage with a hinge and wheel replacement. Awesome service. They were prompt to respond to an emergency service. They were honest about the value in getting a repair versus a replacement. When they came to install the replacement they were on time and professional. The work was done quickly but accurately. The installer gave a review of everything he did and walked me through what I need to do to keep the door working properly. Great company highly recommend!Precision Garage Door of Southeast Michigan

My new garage door and opener from Precision Garage Door was installed today by ***. I am thoroughly pleased with the service and quality by the Precision team. I interfaced with three different people - *****, ****, and *** - from Precision to learn about, review models and samples, and get my new door installed. All three were great ambassadors for the company, willing to listen and satisfy my needs and preferences.
