The tech was very friendly, and took steps to not bring dirt into the house (he had to go through the house to get to the garage, since the garage door wasn't working). He called when he was heading to my house, and arrive a little early (which was fine). He looked over everything before starting, and provided a quote before starting. He did the work; I believe he did it well, but I'm not an expert enough to know for sure. I know it is working, and sounds much better than it did before. He provided an electronic invoice. Everything on the service side went quite well.When he first provided the quote, it sounded much higher than I had expected, but I needed my door fixed, so proceeded (and if I had declined, and gotten another estimate, there would be a charge just for showing up). Reviewing the invoice, I see that the markup on their parts is ridiculous. Comparing prices at *********** I see a part that goes for $95 at HD they sold for $498; a $22 part for $105; a $9 for $100. This is just for the parts - they also charged for the installation. I do expect quite a bit of markup for a service company, but this is worse than I would have expected.Precision Garage Door of Southeast Michigan

**************** Great service. The tech ******************* was very knowledgeable, courteous, and respectful of me and my property. He arrived promptly and gave me many different options to repair my door. After choosing an option he did a great job in repairing my garage door. The only thing is it was a bit pricey but as say, and as I hope you get what you pay for. All in all the job was done well. I would recommend the service.Precision Garage Door of Southeast Michigan
