*********************** was an outstanding representative for Precision Door. His demeanor was professional and considerate at all times. His response to our request for service was timely. ****** kept ** advised of his assessment of the issues with the garage door, and provided options for completing the repairs. The repair was completed very quickly. ****** also made very good use of the system for communicating with us via email, cell phone, etc. Great work!Precision Garage Door of Southeast Michigan

I am very pleased with the work that was completed on our garage door. When I called for the appointment they gave me a slotted time between 10 and 2. ***** texted saying he was on his way and arrived at 12:30. After examining the door we were given 2 options to choose from to correct the problem. **** replaced the coils, spring, rollers and an incorrect bracket attaching our garage door opener to the garage door. **** was very professional and after the job was completed explained everything that was done.
