I have to say that I am very happy with this company! From start to finish they have provided excellent service. The first man that came out to service my garage door was pleasant, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I ended up needing a total new garage door, which we ordered. The garage door came in on time and today it was installed. The young man that came out to install the door was actually a little early to arrive and notified me before he came. He was so nice and got right to work and finished exactly when he said he would. He explained how it worked and showed me what he did. It looks great! He asked me if I had questions and left the work area clean. I especially appreciated that the company kept me informed throughout the process, even sending a picture of the service person before he arrived. I would definitely recommend using Precision Garage Door!

Just had a new garage door installed by *************************** (in 2 1/2 hours!). ***** was very pleasant, friendly and respectable. He took the time to explain everything that I needed to know about the installation, the maintenance and the operation of both the door and the opener, as well as answering all my questions. I felt like he cared that I was satisfied with the experience. I was! I would highly recommend Precision and they should appreciate having an employee like *****.Precision Garage Door of Southeast Michigan

Technician and helper were very good, professional, helpful, friendly, on time, fast. They installed new door ( with all the works, motor, track, springs, everything ) in under 2 hours, including removing all old stuff and taking it away. Gave me all the info I needed for maintenance and operation of door openers.Precision Garage Door of Southeast Michigan
