**** was our tech. Called ahead to let us know he was on his way and what time he expected to arrive.**** arrived, introduced himself and proceeded to look at our garage door. He checked out everything and explained what he was doing and what he was finding.**** showed us where the sensors were, how they worked and how to maintain them.We appreciated his expertise and professionalism and will ask for him if we need further assistance.**** & *****Precision Garage Door of Southeast Michigan

************** ****************** was very professional and thorough. He explained step by step what would be involved in regard to fixing our broken spring and what would be replaced and upgraded. Overall Precision Garage Door earned an A++ for their service and installation quality. Other than a minor communication glitch regarding a delay in delivery of the door, the entire process was a great experience. **** and ****** had the entire job completed in just a few hours and went over the entire package with me!
