I was having issues making a payment on my boat loan with PFCU becuase of updates made to my other financial institution's bill payment system. I was calling back and forth between the two call centers and could not get a solution and was getting behind on payments trying to figure this out. Thankfully today I went into the branch in Delta Township and was lucky enough to be helped by *************************! She was so knowledgeable and understood the issues I was having. Was able to contact other departments in no time to have issues corrected for me. I had to wait briefly while she reached out and I could hear her interactions with other members, she was so kind and it's like she knew exactly what to say in each situation. She helped me with something that has been stressing me out for months and she made it feel like a piece of cake! She is a keeper, an outstanding employee in my opinion. I am a former senior loan officer at another local credit union ( now stay at home mom) but from my experience in the industry she is top notch. Thank you ****!!

I had inquired with member services through the website portal regarding a newly initiated monthly fee. They gave me a quick "no" with a standard response. I then asked if we could get a Manager to weigh in on the decision. The answer was again very directly no. By the quickness and tone of the reply, it appeared that the service rep did not even try to get the Manager involved. This is super disappointing for being a member for 30+ years.PFCU

5 starsHi. It's always a pleasure to work with the great staff at PFCU. Everyone is so kind and very knowledgeable. Just got another loan and was approved in less than an hour. The best banking facility ever.
