    This company is nowhere to be found. Cant contact them to file a warranty claim. And they always deny covered clams with the excuse How we dont this was not an ongoing issue.

    I purchased an auto warranty plan below on 8/26/2020:Total Price$2899 Down Payment:$Number of Payments:1 Payment Amount:$2899 ******** Plan:Prime Deductible:$0 ******** Starts On:Nov 27, 2021 And ***** Miles ******** Ends On:Nov 27, **** Or ****** Miles I have just sold my car and am looking to recover the balance as per the contract. I can not get in touch with anyone. The Website is not functional and the phone number **************, which is also listed here at BBB, is not working anymore. I am just trying to contact someone to find out what happened to the business to get my funds returned.

    Purchased an extended warranty. Infinite **** Services has been ordered to cease and desist doing business. This is a fraudulent and now dissolved business. Maybe somebody will find the owners, take them to court, order them to pay back customers, and then put them in jail.

    I have been contacting Infinite Auto Protection several times in the past 30 days and there is a ******* voice message that the contact number for this company *****************) is out of service. This is the only number which I used in the past to contact the ******** Services of this company and it is not available anymore. I want to file a complaint for this company that is not responding to any of my calls at this time.

    I purchased an extended auto warranty from Infinite Auto Protection. The extended warranty covers me until 2/1/25 or ******* miles, whichever occurs first. I currently have $142,000 miles on my vehicle. In December and January I had auto trouble and took it into the mechanic on 2 different occasions. The mechanic tried to reach the warranty company to see what of the repairs they would cover. I also tried numerous times to reach them as well. Neither one of us were successful. I called about 15 times over a period of 6 weeks and each time, I never reached a representative. I followed the appropriate prompts and was left on hold waiting for a representative, most of the time for about 45 minutes before being disconnected. I spent $2152 on this extended warranty and have never filed a claim. I am still unable to reach anyone at Infinite Auto Protection.

    I purchased a warranty on October the 26th 2020 from, Infinite Auto Protection in the amount of $ *****. On 2- 15 -23 ver a *************************** has not been able to get in contact with this company to service my vehicle. I also have been trying to reach out to the company concerning the repairs on my vehicle and to no avail I cannot get in touch with anyone.

    I purchased my plan on February 23rd 2019. I paid $2400 and have a claim I need to file. Their phones arent working and I have no way to contact them at this point. I would like a refund of what I paid for the remaining time in my service plan. This has not been the first time that I have had this issue and Im tired of trying to work with them when there is no way to get in touch with them in the first place.

    Purchased extended warranty on 6/19/2020 36 month policy for $6600 Called and cancelled on 2/7/22 start miles ***** end miles ***** total **** miles used 20 months 16 months left when cancelled I've called every month to see where my refund is, most of the time i couldn't get thru to anyone and when I did get thru, they told me the refund was in processing as of today 1/10/23 no one answers the phone

    I purchased an extended auto protection contract with the a fore mentioned company on 6/20/19 which expires on 7/20/24. The automotive shop *************, ********************************************************* phone number ************ filed a claim # ********* on 4/25/22 for a partial reimbursement for work performed. As of this date I haven't received any payment from Infinite auto Protection. I've tried calling, emails and letters with no responses. This concerns me because I'm not sure they are going to cover any future claims. It's not JK Automotive fault. Please have them contact me. Thank You

    ******************* ************ ***************************************************** ****************** Better Business Bureau 23 November 2022 I purchased an auto protection warranty for $3000.00 for my vehicle (2018 Maserati Ghibli) on Dec 31, 2019. The auto warranty/coverage is valid until Jun 01, ****, for ******* miles. I had a service issue last year in August 2021 where I took my car to the dealership and had to pay $500.00 from my pocket as there was no assistance available Infinite Auto Protection (no answering and no assistance to file a claim).I have taken my car to the dealer last week on Nov 17, 2022, and when I have been calling non-stop to the Infinite Auto Protection for filing a claim however, same story again, they do not answer the phone calls for filing a claim. No assistance with filing a claim other than the phone call. They *** not respond to the online messaging either via their website and ***'t offer online or mail-in claim filing options either. I have call log showing phone calls with long wait time however no one answer the phone, and, in some instances, they pick up and hang up the calls even after waiting for hour after hours. I believe this is a fraud company who's still selling fake auto warranty protection contracts and collecting thousands of dollars from buyers and offer no assistance or services in return. I have my auto protection warranty paperwork from them and my credit card statements showing two installments of $1500.00 each and have not been offered any assistance from them on auto claim filing. I will urge the Better Business Bureau to look into this issue and offer assistance to me and other law abiding and tax paying citizens. I will be uploading the INFINITE Auto protection contract, calls-log and credit card statement to BBB for their involvement in resolving this issue.
