    My auto dealership and myself have called this company to file a claim and we both got no response back!! I paid a lot of money for a 5 year warranty and have got nothing from them!! They need to be shut down and peoples money for their warranties should be returned!!! This company is so fraudulent!! I know they got shut down in **********. It should be all states!!!!

    Filed claim in early September For work on my 2009 ************* CLK 350. claim number *********. They agreed to Pay for the work and now I cant even get them to answer their phone. they wont respond to emails either

    11/26/18 Contacted Infinite Auto Protection (IAP) at ************ regarding an auto protection service contract, spoke with *********************, and he provided me a quote.Noticed on the document that coverage start was 3 years and after ***** miles. I sent an email back to ********************* (***.*******@infiniteautoprotection.com) asking Does that mean if I drive ***** miles in one year, your coverage wouldnt start until 3 years are up in Nov 2021?*** provided the following email response: It will be either or so which everyone [sic] comes first you just have to give us a call if you go over the ***** point sooner then [sic] 3 years, if you forget to call us the warranty will automatically go into effect in 3 years.With that information, I signed the document.6/5/22 Called IAP **************** (************) to report a claim and was verbally informed that my claim (Claim *********) was denied based on mileage even though the Term Start Date (11/26/2021) had begun per *********************** 11/26/18 email. Although *********************** email stating either or was discussed with the representative, the rep would not assist and said to email IAP **************** at cs@**************************************/10/22 - 7/18/22 Emailed ********************* (***.*******@infiniteautoprotection.com) and IAP **************** (cs@*********************, as directed.After 5 emails with no response, began calling IAP ************ (************) and ********************* *************). Voicemails were left for ********************* with no response and **************** provided ****** long hold times or dropped calls.The full email dialogue from 11/26/18 through 7/18/22, which includes ********************* and IAP ****************, can be provided.9/7/22 Was able to speak with an IAP rep and again verbally informed that Claim ********* was denied based on mileage regardless of ************************* email that the contract was either 3 years or ***** miles.Was transferred to a supervisor, left voicemail - it has not been returned.

    I have been trying to start a claim for days now starting on 9/22. I am hold for long periods of time and then disconnected, I tried multiple call options and phone numbers. I have sent emails, messages on the website, and tried to fax but it says busy. My vehicle needs fixed but I cannot file the claim. Today is 9/26 and I still have not been able to get a hold of anyone. The website says you can file a claim 24/7, but when you call it says to call M-F 9-6 EST.

    I bought an auto warranty in 2020, expiry 2023 for my auto. On 9 Sep 2022 I took my auto to an authorized ***** dealer for repairs. The dealer attempted to contact Infinite Auto 3 times and was put on hold, never speaking with a person. I also tried to contact Infinite, was put on hold, no contact. Over the next week, multiple attempts were made by myself and the dealer, we were put on hold, no contact. On Tuesday, 13 Sep, the dealer was asked for addition info, it was supplied. On 15 Sep, I was told my claim was under review. 17 Sep I was told claim denied, repairs completed prior to approval. Infinite took 7 days to review. Totally unacceptable. Repairs took 3 hours, I paid $741, expect reimbursement nothing less. Slow/no response on Infinites part was responsible for repairs being completed prior to review. Today 20 Sep I attempted to call Infinite during their normal business hours, my call went directly to music (on hold) for 2 hours. Again l attempted to call for a quote and the out of office auto response was prompted. The company is not complying with their advertised services.

    *************** Contract $ ******** Bought in July 03, 2019 5 YEARS or 100K = ******* (I am within my contract coverage)VSC#******** 2013 DODGE ************ This contract was sold as a Bumper-to-bumper, (To quote the Sales Agent) Zero Deductible, covering ANY DISABLEMENT, covering everything OTHER than LISTED EXCEPTIONS to the contract (Stuff normally covered by regular maintenance ) I have never made a claim until NOW. Had the ENGINE TEMP climb suddenly and, got it into the DEALERSHIP to DIAGNOSE the problem..... Found it has to do with the OIL COOLER, which IS the LOWER portion of the RADIATOR (which is a LISTED PART) The contract stipulates that it COVERS the "RADIATOR which is ALSO THE OIL COOLER" ... Well the REPAIRS required PARTS that are DIRECTLY associated with the OIL COOLER part of the RADIATOR that goes INTO the Intake manifold, plus considerable LABOR to get to said PARTS. THEY DENIED THE CLAIM.... stating... "THE REQUIRED PARTS ARE NOT LISTED IN THE CONTRACT, THEREFORE THE REPAIRS ARE NOT COVERED..!" Well, they don't LIST INDIVIDUAL PARTS, they list GENERALIZED PARTS, and NOW they are claiming cause "THOSE PARTICULAR PARTS, or SPECIFIC PARTS are NOT LISTED THEREFORE THEY DONT HAVE TO COVER ANY PART OF THE CLAIM....!" "She said you should have read the ***** of the contract...!" So the ONE time I needed the SERVICE CONTRACT to take care of the SERVICING of my vehicle, they leave me PAYING THE ENTIRE BILL! I WANT A FULL REFUND, THEY SOLD THAT CONTRACT UNDER FALSE PRETENCES, GIVING PEOPLE THE ILLUSION THEY ARE COVERED AND AT THE FIRST NEED, THEY DROP YOU LIKE A ROCK.... CLAIMING... "IT WAS'NT SPECIFICALLY LISTED AS COVERED IN THE CONTRACT..!" Then as I look on the *** come to find I am NOT THE FIRST...! This company has been RIPPING PEOPLE OFF for some time...! Even the ******************* has FINED THEM for VIOLATIONS...!TOTAL RIPOFF. ALREADY ISSUED COMPLAINTS TO: ********************* ATTORNEY GENERALS, BBB, FTC, TRUST PILOT, ETC.

    Infinite Auto Protection allowed me to purchase a car warranty from them but May 2022 I sold the car. Since the car was sold I am entitled to a refund of what was unused or left on the warranty. On 5/23/22 I notified them via email with my contract number in the subject line as requested (Contract ********) and I was sent a response asking for an official odometer reading on 5/23/2022 so the refund could be calculated. Since then Ive emailed several times (both sales and customer service) with no response or indication the emails were shut down. *** also tried calling once a week or so during business hours to no avail- no one answers. I have used various extensions to get a person without anything happening- I usually give it 20 minutes or so each time. Ive read about lawsuits against them from ********** and honestly I just would like my refund or to know if theyve shut down and taken the money.

    I purchased an extended warranty for my vehicle in 2020. I filed a claim and submitted the documents they asked for. At this point they havent emailed me or approve the claim

    I purchased auto protection warranty for Infinite Auto Protection for USD $1850. I cancelled the warranty on September 13, 2021. I was informed at the time of cancellation that I would be reimbursed in the amount of USD $1000 for the unused portion of the auto warranty contract per the contract's cancellation policy. I have pursued Infinite Auto Protection on a bi-weekly to monthly basis through telephone calls. The woman answering the calls refuses to allow a conversation with accounting regarding the reimbursement of the unused portion on my contract (#********). The same person says that accounting is busy and that the refund will be credited to the bank account on file. Recent attempts to speak to Infinite Auto Protection go unanswered. The auto-attendant places the caller in a hold queue and the call is automatically terminated by Infinite Auto Protection's telecom system after being on hold for 18 - 25 minutes.
