    Replaced an order in November 2023, sent my fabric, received no response whatsoever. I started reaching out to the company in early 2024, in February and then March and it took me communications to finally get a response back. In March, I finally was contacted and was told in early April my shipment would go out. It still hasnt gone out and I still havent gotten either my fabrics back or my order. This company is highly unorganized. I know theyre small and they probably work hard, its not okay to keep someone money and items and go radio silence for 6 months with no update. At this point, they have taken $200 and not completed the order.

    Ordered a "MAMA" keepsake sweatshirt on November 7 *2023.* I sent off my best friend's newborn clothing that was very special to her and I intended to surprise my friend who trusted me with the special garment. Stitches By Natalie received my package by November 18th. We were told that current turn around time for it being mailed back to us was 8-12 weeks. I inquired once via her website to check in when week 10 approached and I didn't hear back. Then I contacted them again on through their website once week 11 passed and I was told "they never heard from me" and that at that time I should expect my order to be mailed out when I was told originally. I checked in via email after the new year passed and we were approaching *16 WEEKS* since they'd received my package and I was told "Natalie is working nights and weekends to get orders completed and that my order would ship out towards the end of March." I contacted them via email in April because alas no package and we're approaching *18 WEEKS.* I was told by **** that she'd "100% make sure Natalie ships by Tuesday of next week." The package finally shipped to me on Monday April 8th *2024.* THIS IS 22 WEEKS **AND COUNTING**, NOT 8-12 WEEKS AS PROMISED! And now what could make it worse? "Once the package is out if their hands it falls on **** for it to be delivered and Stitches By Natalie takes zero responsibility for lost/stolen/damaged packages." Guess what? My package is "lost." It's been to TWELVE "check ins" AND IS STILL MOVING; it has made it to my city THREE TIMES only to NOT be delivered but sent away? At this rate Stitches By Natalie has oversold on their promises/estimates in their timeline AND cannot be trusted with others precious garments (meanwhile doing nothing to actually help me and just offers an empty "sorry"). UNREAL. I also noticed that their Instagram is ****** picked and only "happy customers" comments are kept while unhappy customers inquiries/comments are deleted. So shady!!

    Ordered on 10/30 My Onesies for the shirt delivered on 11/10 ** has offered refunds and I really wanted this for my wife and now its March 2 and finally asked for a refund a few days ago and she made me pay to have my onesies shipped back. No genuine sympathy for me just we can offer a refund then I see all these drops which make me frustrated because I barely received any info regarding my order. Then she claim to have sent me Invoices for $10 for some embroidery that I never received. She sent me something from Shopify that shows it sent but I have nothing - Im just very frustrated with this overall experience and can share my entire email thread where honestly ** was not helpful. If you cant take on so many orders please let your customers know Ive waisted my time since October on this order.
