There also telling me they are going to charge me for the time the loan closed 06/23/23 till I provided insurance 10/9/23 $807.00 added to my loan spread over 12 months charging me intrest the whole time. I absolutely want this reversed and want UFCU be required to provide email notice to customers within 10 days when insurance is needed. Also UFCU is a bank not an insurance company, If I'm to be billed for Insurance it should from the insurance company not billed to my loan. Furthermore the *** insurance placed requires UFCU provide the tital to Securian for said colataral to be covered. So there trying to back charge me for insurance that would not even be valid. I have not provided tital to them yet as I'm still working In Alsaka and will not be a back in Nevada DMV till 11/4/23. This is outright unethical bank behavior and borderline fraud and must be stopped!Business Response

I made several deposits to my checking account only to have a 0 balance the following day stating my funds were placed back to my other account without my consent nor any alert and upon checking my other accounts nothing was placed transferred nor deposited there, I went up to bank to which no one is able to help me locate my money and was told that there was nothing they could do. The fees are getting out of control. If your account goes in to the negative even for two seconds they charge $20. I have had instances where my main went into get negative and as soon as I got a notification I transferred money. But this has gotten out of hand and I have been charged $200 in late fees in the last month even though I transferred money right away.I also dont understand how they process transactions. Things I purchased. Week ago will be pending again.. it doesnt make sense. It feels they theyre stealing at this point. I just want the fees reversed. Whats happening is unfair.Business Response

Was told I need full coverage insurance which I have. I called the insurance department put me on hold told me everything was fixed then a month later they said I was being charged $3500 for not providing them insurance. Called they called insurance said it was took care of. A month later same thing called my insurance said it was fixed then next month another letter stating I had a lapse in my coverage for a month. So I would be charged $450. Called said it was fixed it wasnt. Got another letter this has been going on for 4 months. Just called said it was fixed. I am rejecting this response because:The bank made a demand where it involves third parties and other financial institutions. I made contact with all the people by email and by phone, unfortunately they are not willing to make contact with their financial institutions to ask for letters about the checks issued. I cannot force or demand a person to do something he is not willing to do. Please, can I prove that I have tried and failed to meet the requirements of the United Federal Credit Union bank.
u reconsider this withholding and immediately release the available balance in my account. These funds are essential to meet our basic needs, including housing, food, and education.I understand that there may be banking procedures and regulations to be followed, but I implore you to consider the urgency and severity of this situation. I seek a prompt and fair resolution so that we can retrieve our money, which was acquired honestly and legitimately.I sincerely hope that this matter can be resolved fairly and that we can recover our money without delay.
